Was there yesterday and one girl on quick check out area was extremely calm.
Had to call her twice as had to do 2 different receipts and she was noticeably out of her way going around all customers and helping.

All of the Staff at this Smart & Final are very Knowledgeable of the Products. Friendly, Helpful and with a Smile. I Frequent this Store almost daily as I Live near this location.

This is my favorite Smart & Final. The staff is always friendly, and I want to especially give a shout out to Mitchell, who was my cashier on 3-5-25. I can tell he loves interacting with customers and he was patient with me as I had to make a quick transfer of money into my bank account when I spent a bit more than I had planned. He was upbeat and friendly with me and also with everyone he came in contact with. He didn't ask me to do a review -- I just felt like he deserves one. What a great representation of a company that we love! ❤️

This store has been in decay since it was bought out by the Bodega Latina Corp. They can't keep their shelves stocked and they don't even have hand baskets anymore. There hasn't been a single time that I shopped here in which I was able to buy everything on my list - I always have to come back for the missing item so instead I've been going to another store (Albertsons) which is further away but at least they know how to keep their shelves stocked.
Many items have simply been removed from stock. Recently they removed the medium size bags of Iams cat food because they only want you to buy the giant bags. They also removed Rachel Ray wet food for cats which is the only decent wet food they carried, now gone. Replaced with garbage wet food from Purina that contains 4d meats which is owned by the worst offending food and water provider on the planet Nestle.
They should rename from Smart & Final "extra" to "minimal" because that is the effort they put into their store.

Wow, this store is bigger than our store in Corona, California! We just went here for some food for my family together for early Christmas!
