An excellent little donut shop in OC. I've been here a few times already, and it's always a pleasant experience. The many and unique donuts to choose from, breakfast croissants and sandwiches, coffees, a variety of beverages, and more!
They offer some great seasonal and monthly special items. Always looking forward to what they create. They also have some classic donuts as well if that's your thing. One of my recent orders was the turkey cold croissant sandwich with avocado, cheese, and the works. It was tasty and filling.
A few more recent favorites are the glazed ube and blueberry donuts, breakfast and cold croissant sandwiches, Green Thai Tea, and many more I can't remember. Browsing the tasty-looking treats is also an enjoyment. They also offer a variety of gluten-friendly and vegan donuts. Nice to know they are aware of dietary needs.
The prices reflect some of the premium offerings, but it's definitely a nice treat once in a while. The staff and service have been friendly and efficient, getting customers through quickly. Once inside, the fun decor and the mouthwatering display of goodies enhance the experience.
I'm looking forward to visiting again when the sweet cravings hit.

We found this place on Google and have seen them before with their large sign on the window that they served vegan donuts, so we decided to try them.
The gentleman that helped us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the donuts. We Googled baked donuts for a "healthier" alternative and this place popped up. I called ahead of time to verify if they served baked donuts. The lady said yes and that they were vegan. However, when we came in, the gentleman said the only baked ones were the gluten free donuts with 4 icing flavors. Even though we were slightly disappointed with the misinformation given over the phone, the gentleman and the display of donuts made up for it all. 😂
They have a larger selection of different flavored donuts compared to the traditional mom and pop. We decided to try their cookies & creme mochi donut, Ube topped donut, their flan donut, and their baked gluten free donuts. All of them were delicious! The Ube donut tasted more like the flan with ube flavor (if that made sense) 😂 Ube is a vibrant, naturally violet-purple yam native to the Philippines and is used in a lot of their desserts. Their baked gluten free donuts tasted like cake. All were delicious. My personal favorite was the mochi and their French creme donut.
I noticed they have a machine that squeezes out fresh orange juice from the fruit itself.
They have an outdoor seating area and has wide metal bars in between to give space from other people-- which is nice.
They have their own private parking lot and a lot of spaces available.
There was a lot they had to offer compared to other donut shops. We noticed there were some breakfast, slider sandwiches, and specialty beverages on their menus. We'll definitely be back to try more!

Last minute donut run after Kaila's dance comp, she deserved a treat! This place was awesome! Everything we wanted and more! So delicous and a wide variety of choices! Caleb was exceptional, made the experience even more fun! A must go for donuts!

I had such a great experience at Friendly Donuts! The employees were incredibly kind, informative, and so welcoming from the moment I walked in. They have an amazing variety of donuts with super creative flavors—it was honestly hard to choose!
Not only did the donuts look beautiful, but they tasted just as incredible. You can really tell they put thought and care into everything they make. I seriously wish I had a spot like this closer to me—I’d be there all the time! Highly recommend checking them out if you get the chance 🍩✨
