This is the 3rd time we have bought donuts here that were definitely not fresh..we got the Masters of the Universe donuts. I’m thinking they tasted stale bcz not many people are buying them. They are awful. The filled donuts weren’t even filled right. Very disappointing. Not up to KK standards at all.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this Krispy Kreme. My sister and I came in to get some donuts, but unfortunately, we did not feel welcomed at all.
The lady named adamar, who took our order was not very customer-friendly and showed no positive or welcoming attitude toward us. We weren't expecting anything extraordinary—just basic friendliness, respect, and good customer service. Instead, the interaction made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I really believe this Krispy Kreme needs to focus more on friendly and welcoming customer service. Employees should receive more effective training on how to properly greet, communicate with, and treat customers in a positive and respectful manner.
Going to Krispy Kreme should be a pleasant experience, especially when you're simply stopping by to enjoy some donuts with family. I sincerely hope management takes customer service more seriously and provides their staff with better training so future customers have a much more welcoming experience.

We found this place when we were searching for the outlet store. It’s right on the corner as you come into the outlets so it’s located very convenient.
