I went in for a commercial driver physical, and even though appointments are not available, the quickness of the process was impressive. There was a very brief wait time but it was only as long as it took me to fill out the patient information documents sent to my phone. As soon as I completed the entries I was taken back for the exam. The nurse was extremely pleasant to work with as was the physician. The entire process took perhaps 30 minutes, a level of efficiency I greatly appreciated.

I came in for a physical required for work and had a great experience. Gio was super helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. The staff was friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well taken care of

I recently visited the Concentra Urgent Care in Orange, CA, for pre-employment requirements (physical, drug test, and mask fit). My experience, unfortunately, was far from positive. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed annoyed and unhelpful. They offered no clear instructions or guidance, leaving me feeling lost and confused. I wasn't even told to sign in; I only realized I needed to when I observed another patient doing so.
The overall lack of friendliness and helpfulness from the staff was striking. Even after my examination with the doctor, I was unsure if my appointment was complete. When I inquired with a male staff member, his dismissive and unhelpful response was frankly appalling. This Concentra location needs significant improvement in customer service and staff training to create a more welcoming and supportive environment, especially for those navigating pre-employment requirements.

This place is a joke. Doctor walked into the room and dismissed me immediately without even looking at me. I came in with a cane barely able to stand and he just prescribed me steroids and told me to leave. Then when I tried to get a doctors note they said I was meant to return to work the next day. Still unable to even stand or sit without pain.
