Very caring facility. Yet, very personal. You can see sincerely staff really wanting to help the patients. I would highly recommend this facility medical facility to everyone that I know.

I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. The office staff was very friendly and courteous. The doctor was over the top amazing. I thoroughly satisfied with my experience today.

Bad service. Don’t waste your time. My son went there for his asthma as he was using his inhaler and it was not helping. Hr was having trouble breathing and needed a breathing treatment and was sent away with a prescription for prednisone only. Dr. Hennessy (not sure if it’s the correct spelling) told him to go to his Primary Care Physician which he is not able to as he’s in Southern California for college. No breathing treatment to take care of his immediate need-breathing. Had to send him to the emergency room for treatment since he received none there.

after I met with the doctor, I waited in the lobby quite a long time to get my summary visit. They told me they will email it to me and I didn’t get any email from them. Also, when I was waiting to see the doctor nurse was not very kind and rather rude to take me to the room. Overall, the staff are not friendly, and the doctor appearance was not very clean, the fist approach with the doctor was, he claimed that he has nothing to do with insurance or money or anything which was odd because my question was in bad insurance or money he didn’t wait till I finish ,and then he started recording and he told me he’s recording so I should not talk .
He was not patient with me to talk to me or ask questions, about my concern. He quickly examine me very and he told me I will need a epidural, without asking me if I do need that or how I feel or explain what the procedure is, why it benefits me or what are the side effects or anything . place was not clean, also very busy and chaotic.
