Last night we took my mother in law to Saint Joseph Hospital. She was wheezing and had a hard time breathing. She's 85 years old. We took her through emergency and I have to say how professional and caring everyone was. From the beginning of driving in and getting her out of the car to getting her check in everything took like 10 minutes she was being taken care of. I was amazed. We were told to call in about 2 hours to get an update on her condition. So I called and
the kind gentlemen gave me an update and made sure I knew she was in good hands and answered all my questions. I have NEVER EXPERIENCED such Professional, Compassion and Caring People like Saint Joseph. I would never take my family any where else. Your Kindness and Compassion is deeply appreciated.

DO NOT USE THIS HOSPITAL!!!! I took my son there while on vacation at Disneyland. They admitted him into the emergency room for abdominal pain. The doctor look at him for a minute and then we sat and waited. After a while they came back and said we needed to go to the Children’s Hospital next door. We waited for another while and they took us over to the CHOC hospital. So no treatment, no exams or tests, but I got a $5,000 bill from them. I have called them multiple times to try and resolve this and they just sent me to collections. Teresa promised me that she would look into why we got billed so much, but never got back to me. Horrible service and horrible billing! Go somewhere else!

Terrible, horrible hospital ; bad or insufficient equipments, bad lack of knowledge doctors and low educated nurses .... please don’t bring your loved ones here if you don’t want them to to die quick.
