This hotel is criminally overpriced for the genuinely appalling condition it’s in. The only positive thing I can say is that the location was incredibly convenient for attending the hockey game, but that is not enough reason to ever stay here again.
The issues began the moment I stepped off the elevator. The entire hallway on our floor smelled strongly of stale urine, and the carpet was visibly stained and dirty everywhere. This sets an immediate, disgusting tone that the room did little to fix.
The room itself desperately needs a total renovation. It feels old, worn down, and neglected. The most repulsive part was the kitchenette, which looked like it hasn't been properly deep-cleaned in years; I wouldn't trust eating anything prepared in there. To top it all off, the air conditioning barely functioned, leaving the room warm and stuffy throughout the night.
Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. The convenience of the location simply doesn't outweigh the disgusting conditions; it is absolutely worth paying an extra $10–$30 a night and potentially even paying for parking elsewhere to avoid this hotel. This place requires a serious, top-to-bottom update and deep cleaning.

Jessica again has gone above and beyond to make sure my stay is comfortable. She is on point and gets things done to the best of her abilities right away.
I'm very pleased with her and her staff.
I'm a long term stay and have no reason to go anywhere else.
I appreciate Jessica for all she does

The only thing I can really say was great, is the location. It is literally an 8 minutes walk to the Honda Center. Aside from that, the place is dirty, dingy, outdated, and not shown love consistently by employees. For example, the place is dirty and there is a lingering stench of mildew. I found an emplty bottle of vodka innthe cupboard. The bathtub was stained and kinda disgusting. This is definitely not a corporate owned hotel. A travel buddy stated this hotel reminds him of a Shelter Hotel some cities have.
I wouldn't book again.

There aren’t enough words to describe this awful place. There’s rarely anyone at the front desk when you go. I was there with a co-worker on a business trip each for 6 night stays in separate rooms. There’s a stove burner and microwave but no cookware, dishes or cups. For as long as we were there, no room service to change towels or bedding. I asked to have it done, they said yes and nothing was done when I came back. There’s no blanket if you get cold, 1 little bar of soap that doesn’t lather.
I went to to the front desk in the morning and again, a note that the attendant was not there. This is a horrible way of doing business. I will NEVER stay with this company again.

The place was horrendous! There was a roach infestation on the first floor in room 101. Also the tub faucet was leaking as well. The hot water wasn’t working. Fridge wasn’t working. I told maintenance, and they took a look, said they were getting a part, and never came back. I asked to be placed into another room, and they said they didn’t have anymore available. As much as they charge a week, they need to call pest control and a major upgrade on the rooms.
