Jessica at the front desk is very helpful and kind. She is quick to accommodate any questions or needs for our room. I travel a lot as a professional chef and she is always willing to help. Ps. My dog loves her and he is a blue healer!!

This hotel is criminally overpriced for the genuinely appalling condition it’s in. The only positive thing I can say is that the location was incredibly convenient for attending the hockey game, but that is not enough reason to ever stay here again.
The issues began the moment I stepped off the elevator. The entire hallway on our floor smelled strongly of stale urine, and the carpet was visibly stained and dirty everywhere. This sets an immediate, disgusting tone that the room did little to fix.
The room itself desperately needs a total renovation. It feels old, worn down, and neglected. The most repulsive part was the kitchenette, which looked like it hasn't been properly deep-cleaned in years; I wouldn't trust eating anything prepared in there. To top it all off, the air conditioning barely functioned, leaving the room warm and stuffy throughout the night.
Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. The convenience of the location simply doesn't outweigh the disgusting conditions; it is absolutely worth paying an extra $10–$30 a night and potentially even paying for parking elsewhere to avoid this hotel. This place requires a serious, top-to-bottom update and deep cleaning.

Jessica was very pleasant and extremely helpful in helping me with my reservations.
I am here from Arizona for about six weeks for work so I will have an extended stay here and see was able to take care of my payments and keep me in the same room.
Excellent service and I greatly appreciated her assistance.

Location was great. I’ve stayed at other extended stays and this is by far the worse. Non-smoking rooms smelled like cigs. Baby roaches in the room. I had to clean the brown filters for the AC. Seems like a half way house. Breakfast is coffee and a nutty gran. Internet is crap. They want you to pay extra per hour for a “faster service”. I did cause of work. Nothing changed. I couldn’t even watch a YouTube video with out delay. I wouldn’t stay at this location ever again.

During my stay, Jessica, at the front desk was incredibly professional, handling all the usual administrative tasks efficiently, while also being extremely kind and understanding. She even offered a small breakfast as a thoughtful gesture when I had just missed the usual service. Her professionalism and warmth are exceptional!
