I am a single mom of 3 two them small girls both under 5 and new to the area. With having small children safety was a big priority of mine. My client recommended this place and it has been the best experience. Not only do i feel safe but I also feel supported by the positive and friendly staff during this transition and difficult time for me and my kids. Andrew helped checked me in and made me feel like me and my kids were not alone that he was here if we needed and his wife maria was so nice and checked on us making sure we were comfortable and ok. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a safe place to feel comfortable and supported!!

Only bright side of this place was the receptionist. She was very nice and helpful. The hotel however was disgusting. The hallways were dirty, the room smelled terrible and there was no pillows. As well as the sink didn't drain. I had to cancel my reservation which was the only brightside because like I mentioned, the receptionist was great and apologetic. But would recommend staying here at all.

I'm only writing this review because of Ruth Cao- she is an excellent employee who works the front desk. She has a smile on her face any time she greets customers. Any time I need linen or towels she is quick to provide them. Truly, she is a very pleasant person. She is very helpful regardless of the issues presented to her; she always is quick to address them in a cheerful and kind manner. Not everybody has such work ethic. Employees like this are very rare and make all the difference. Because of her excellent customer service, I will always choose extended stay above all the rest.

Only thing to do is stay away!! I was going to check in when a man was demanding a refund on 8/22/26. He was very upset and paid through the 25th. Man at the counter on the phone trying to resolve. I asked the man quietly why, what's wrong? He showed me bites on his arms and showed me a video of his room infested with bedbugs. Needless to say I did not stay there. I purchased the insurance so I am entitled to a refund. Thru Expedia, I had to talk to the desk inside again. He assured me that I had no reservation so they didn't have my $. That was the 22nd. On the 24th a charge for $121.14 is out of my account! Fraud! Now lady on the phone says keep watching your account to see it go back in! Not yet and it's the 27th! Going into bank today. Don't go to this hotel! Stinky when you walk into the lobby to. Not welcoming at all. Stay clear of this fleabag hotel!!

As we were walking to the entrance, I noticed trash cans were overflowing. Upon entering the lobby, there was a strong odor that wasn't pleasant. We had to use the elevator to get to the second floor and that smelled like a cat litter box. The hallways to our room had stains all over the carpet and a strong odor. When we entered our room the fridge had visible dried food on it and the handle was broken. There was trash left over in the kitchen cabinets. The cleanest part was the bed. It appeared freshly made and clean, which is why I gave the room a 1. The curtain rod was broken and I was unable to open both sides. After going in to take a shower the next day I noticed the ceiling was falling and there was visible black mold, as well as water damage to the wall. When I spoke to the front to let them know I would not be staying and why, the only response was I am sorry. I then asked for the corporate number to call and she said "you can call them but they will just kick it back to us."
