So disgusting! Room smelled like pee. The carpet smelled so bad and the bathroom was broken and dirty. When I asked the front desk for help the middle aged black man stated my name/room wasn’t registered? So how would I have a key. Makes no sense. Was of no help at all. He didn’t even let me change rooms and told me to wait till morning. Reeked of pee all night. The only bright side was the lady at the desk, she was very nice. Unfortunately the place not so nice. Horrible!!!! Don’t come here!! Sketchy place w/ sketchy tenants. Never again! Better off paying more money for a better place. Don’t let the 3.5 fool you!

We had such a great experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They generously allowed us to check in early, which made our day so much easier, and they even let us park for free — such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.
The customer service truly stood out. Everyone we interacted with was warm, professional, and eager to help. On top of that, the amenities were amazing for the price. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we felt like we got incredible value for what we paid.
Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

I picked this hotel for the short walking distance to Honda Center for an event, but it is not a short walk at all. The parking lot is fenced off so you have to go around it and double back. The actual walk is about 3 times longer than what Google says.
It's a run down hotel in desperate need of an update. Not very clean. Looks like they clean on a surface level but don't deep clean things like stains in the tub and tar-like substances on the furniture.
The kitchen comes with 0 amenities unless you request them. No coffee pot, no plasticware, nothing. The only thing in the kitchen was a single hand towel.
I could've stayed in a nicer hotel and the walk to Honda Center would've been the same, so I won't be coming back here.

Location was great. I’ve stayed at other extended stays and this is by far the worse. Non-smoking rooms smelled like cigs. Baby roaches in the room. I had to clean the brown filters for the AC. Seems like a half way house. Breakfast is coffee and a nutty gran. Internet is crap. They want you to pay extra per hour for a “faster service”. I did cause of work. Nothing changed. I couldn’t even watch a YouTube video with out delay. I wouldn’t stay at this location ever again.

This hotel is criminally overpriced for the genuinely appalling condition it’s in. The only positive thing I can say is that the location was incredibly convenient for attending the hockey game, but that is not enough reason to ever stay here again.
The issues began the moment I stepped off the elevator. The entire hallway on our floor smelled strongly of stale urine, and the carpet was visibly stained and dirty everywhere. This sets an immediate, disgusting tone that the room did little to fix.
The room itself desperately needs a total renovation. It feels old, worn down, and neglected. The most repulsive part was the kitchenette, which looked like it hasn't been properly deep-cleaned in years; I wouldn't trust eating anything prepared in there. To top it all off, the air conditioning barely functioned, leaving the room warm and stuffy throughout the night.
Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. The convenience of the location simply doesn't outweigh the disgusting conditions; it is absolutely worth paying an extra $10–$30 a night and potentially even paying for parking elsewhere to avoid this hotel. This place requires a serious, top-to-bottom update and deep cleaning.
