We had such a great experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They generously allowed us to check in early, which made our day so much easier, and they even let us park for free — such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.
The customer service truly stood out. Everyone we interacted with was warm, professional, and eager to help. On top of that, the amenities were amazing for the price. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we felt like we got incredible value for what we paid.
Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

I'm only writing this review because of Ruth Cao- she is an excellent employee who works the front desk. She has a smile on her face any time she greets customers. Any time I need linen or towels she is quick to provide them. Truly, she is a very pleasant person. She is very helpful regardless of the issues presented to her; she always is quick to address them in a cheerful and kind manner. Not everybody has such work ethic. Employees like this are very rare and make all the difference. Because of her excellent customer service, I will always choose extended stay above all the rest.

Location was great. I’ve stayed at other extended stays and this is by far the worse. Non-smoking rooms smelled like cigs. Baby roaches in the room. I had to clean the brown filters for the AC. Seems like a half way house. Breakfast is coffee and a nutty gran. Internet is crap. They want you to pay extra per hour for a “faster service”. I did cause of work. Nothing changed. I couldn’t even watch a YouTube video with out delay. I wouldn’t stay at this location ever again.

Horrible customer service. Upon checking in, I was told that my name wasn’t on the list. And that I needed to call Hotels.com. After some research, turns out the guy at the front desk had given out my reservation to a different guest. After 3 hours of back and forth with the hotel’s customer service, they were only able to refund me. But visiting out of town and it being 12:15 am , I still needed a room and other hotels weren’t available. I had to push but eventually got a new room reservation with only one night discounted. Manuel at the front desk felt bad for his error and did what he could. But Dante was simply rude and short with myself and a couple of other guests who had questions. Aside from an “sorry” there was zero accountability or effort in making the situation right on their end. The hotel may be close to the Honda Center so if you’re visiting for that, just stay somewhere else nearby. The cost may be a bit higher. But service will be better. And better rooms

Jessica at the front desk is very helpful and kind. She is quick to accommodate any questions or needs for our room. I travel a lot as a professional chef and she is always willing to help. Ps. My dog loves her and he is a blue healer!!
