We've stayed here in the past . Tried to book a room online but it kept freezing. So went in person they tried to charge $20 more for the room because we had our child. Then they asked to see where we saw price stating there's "no way" they would charge what we showed them, showed them (Expedia) then they tried to charge even more room showed available for $89 for 2 queen beds we showed their front desk staff they tried to get us to pay over that on a Sunday stating they didn't know how to give us the online quoted booking price. Poor customer service, guess an empty room is better than a paying customer. Worked out better for us we were able to secure a nicer room for cheaper in a better area (near Disneyland) with wonderful customer service, a clean pool and breakfast. Thanks, we saved money in the long run.

The room had a faint smoke odor. The sheets while clean had faint stains on them. The corner of the rooms and behind the bed had dirt/dust build up. The shower floor needed to be scrubbed more. Parking is very tight. I would not stay there again. For the price, though, it was good. I realized I am no longer a two star girl.

The rooms are nice but the service is very lousy and the free breakfast cannot be called breakfast. It’s more like free cinnamon roll. We chose this place over another location because we wanted the breakfast. No one every came to empty trash cans, make beds, replace toilet paper and towels and shampoo. When we ran out of toilet paper we had to go ask for more and they gave us one roll to split up between 2 rooms and 8 people. We obviously complained about no one cleaning so that they would. The next day once we got back to our room it was cleaned but wreaked of marijuana. Everything. No one in our group smokes. Very dissatisfied with the experience.

The room size was good and clean, however the shower wasn’t working properly, receptionist was really annoyed. We had breakfast included, cinnamon roll in a plastic and cup of coffee or orange juice … not that great.
All night there were number of people coming and going and chatting outside in the car park that kept us awake.
We saw also the swimming pool, that needs a good clean before anyone can use it.

Not bad. Pricing is fairly low, which makes it a decent place to stay if you aren't actually spending time in the hotel. Little old, but pretty clean. Stayed there on a Disneyland trip, which is was fine for as we spent most of the time at the park and ultimately just slept there. Staff that was there late when we checked in was very friendly and helpful.
