Pretty nice hotel overall and for a great price. The woman who checked me in was very helpful and friendly and so was the woman working the breakfast. The breakfast had a good amount of hot options as well as a couple things you could easily grab and go. If you want to get real nit picky you could say the room could use some less routine type of cleaning like baseboards, doorframes, areas of the walls that have gotten smudged and splatters of things over time. But overall the room felt pretty clean and the beds didn’t seem dirty at all which is a frequent issue I have with other hotels. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable. I like that you don’t have to pay for parking. Many other hotels in the area charge $10-20 a day for parking so finding this one that didn’t was very nice.

The room was absolutely beautiful and clean, and although I got the sofa bed while my sister got the main bed, I still had a separate room, so I was still very satisfied. It was nice and quiet. The service was good, too. The nice man at the counter helped me with my bags up the stairs, so I am very appreciative. If I ever come back to California, I'm booking this place again

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and looked to be recently-ish updated. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. The AC worked just fine. The surrounding area was quiet at night.
The only negative was the thinness of the walls. The water pipes are very loud (which isn't an issue unless your neighbor decides to take a shower at 2am). The voices of other guests nearby outside can be clearly heard through your door in the morning. Not a major deal during our stay since most guests were very respectful of quite hours, but worth mentioning for the light sleepers.
Overall, I would stay here again.

I think this was an acquired property for Best Western. No elevator, just steps. All the room doors open to the outside walkway. The floors will get your feet dirty, wear shoes. We saw a cockroach the first morning on top of the toilet. Then we didn't see any more. It was ok just older property. Breakfast was good.

I checked in pretty late at this hotel because I was driving from Arizona I checked in around 2:00-3:00am. Check in was easy and convenient. When we first went into the room we always check beds due to one bad incident. And when we check there were bed bugs on the pillow and bed. We quickly got out of there. And informed the guy upfront and we just wanted to go somewhere else and asked for a refund he said he couldn’t do it that I had to wait till the manager is in the next morning. I’ve used best western hotels for mostly all my trips to California but not only were there bedbugs but the walls were dirty, bathroom was dirty and furniture looked dirty. Such an inconvenience having to deal with getting a new hotel, checking all belongings all at 3am. Next day I called and the manager had already issued a refund which was fast and easy. But they didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience of all of this.
