The room was great and very comfortable. The only thing of concern was a very weird smell coming from somewhere in the room. The first room we were put in looked great but smelled like vomit. The front desk staff were so nice to relocate us to another room with no extra charge. The second room was still very nice but still an odd less potent smell coming from somewhere in the room. Overall a very comfortable stay and very accommodating staff. Shuttle to Disney was convenient and breakfast in the morning has great options available.

After every hotel being booked in all surrounding cities I was happy to get a room here. However I was tired and wanted to shower and to find out after finishing there was no towels. After calling front desk and waiting over an hour still no towels so I had to call front desk again. For almost $300 a night nobody should experience this type of hospitality. To top it off there was no body wash.

Great place to stay close to Disney and the beaches. The rooms were nice and a good place to stay if you mostly are showering and sleeping. Could use some updating the carpets are old, one of the elevators was broken as well as an ice machine, the main elevator in the lobby is pretty old and some of the tiles are broken. Could also use to be cleaned better the shower and sink were pretty dirty and we found some ants and fruit flies in our room. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection. It was very convenient to use the shuttles to get to Disney. I would definitely stay here again but it does need a few repairs and renovations.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff were pretty nice and accommodating, so good job there. The breakfast also has a nice selection (although more indoor seating is needed). The suites are large and nice to relax in.
Now for the cons: the hotel is pretty run down. There’s leaks when it rains. Our mini fridge leaked and left a big puddle in our kitchen. The room smelled like smokers had spent a week in there before us. Room service also needs to be requested in advance and is not available daily. I also noticed that the side entrances were propped open all the time, which is a safety concern.
I also have to mention - this hotel advertises having a shuttle to Disney, which was one of the main reasons I booked it. They should clarify this hotel is NOT on a main shuttle line. You have to call an art-on-demand shuttle to request a ride to the parks. I spent an hour trying to call a shuttle over with no luck. And you have to buy tickets online for this shuttle - so I’m still working on getting a refund! The hotel staff said other guests have had the same issue. This is absolutely not the hotel staff’s fault but this is a big issue to advertise something so unreliable.

I'll say it's a unique hotel. It's a motel that has the outward facing rooms sealed off with brick and glass and the interior rooms open to the atrium, where the pool & hot tub are located.
We booked mainly for the size of the room (2Q with full kitchen).
You can't compare it to a newer Hampton Inn or Marriott but it met my needs completely. There are 4 of us (me, wife & 2 teenagers). I really liked the full fridge & range. And the air conditioning was excellent (Room 221) and held @ 64deg while it was in the high 90s outside.
Breakfast (6:30 - 9:30) was excellent. There is an outlet mall a very short walking distance & the theme parks are less than a 30 min drive
I had to call for maintenance a few times for small issues (sink drain & shower supplies broke).
I would have liked more shelving and/or hooks (kitchen area, bathroom closet & shower/toilet). I found it difficult to place/store/dry items for our 5 night stay.
Our queen beds were not uncomfortable but, if they were pillow top mattresses, I believe our sleep would have been better.
That being said, I would stay here again.
