We stayed at the Best Western Plus Meridian Inn & Suites, Anaheim-Orange for the first time and couldn’t have been more pleased. Originally, we booked just two nights with plans to move closer to Disneyland for the remainder of our trip — but after experiencing the hotel firsthand, extending our stay for five more nights was an easy decision.
Traveling with family, comfort and convenience are key, and this hotel delivered on all fronts. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet — perfect for relaxing after busy days. The front desk staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start our mornings, and the kids especially loved the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Free parking was a huge plus and made coming and going stress-free.
Location-wise, this hotel was perfect for us. It’s a short drive to Disneyland, close to major freeways, and just minutes from restaurants and stores — including In-N-Out, which made for some fun late-night stops.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt truly taken care of during our stay. I highly recommend the Best Western Plus Meridian Inn & Suites to anyone visiting the Anaheim-Orange area. We’ll definitely be returning!

I'll say it's a unique hotel. It's a motel that has the outward facing rooms sealed off with brick and glass and the interior rooms open to the atrium, where the pool & hot tub are located.
We booked mainly for the size of the room (2Q with full kitchen).
You can't compare it to a newer Hampton Inn or Marriott but it meelt my needs completely. There are 4 of us (me, wife & 2 teenagers). I really liked the full fridge & range. And the air conditioning was excellent (Room 221) and held @ 64deg while it was in the high 90s outside.
Breakfast (6:30 - 9:30) was excellent. There is an outlet mall a very short walking distance & the theme parks are less than a 30 min drive
I had to call for maintenance a few times for small issues (sink drain & shower supplies broke).
I would have liked more shelving and/or hooks (kitchen area, bathroom closet & shower/toilet). I found it difficult to place/store/dry items for our 5 night stay.
Our queen beds were not uncomfortable but, if they were pillow top mattresses, I believe our sleep would have been better.
That being said, I would stay here again.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at the Best Western Meridian Hotel. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my visit was comfortable. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of options. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I booked this hotel for our family Disney trip this summer. While I will say the price is right and if felt safer and more comfortable than other hotels in the area of comparable price. It was also close enough to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm that it was worth it to us.
We stayed in a signed king suite with a wet bar. The king bed was pretty comfortable but the sofa bed left much to be desired. I wish they had a Murphy bed option for the living room instead as that would be much more comfortable.
As for the room itself it got the job done but it definitely could use improvement. The hotel claims to have been remodeled in March 20025. However, there were stains all over the couch and chair cushions, our feet turned black after walking on the floor for a few minutes, the phone didn’t work, the Internet didn’t work (nor did we have time to sit on the phone with tech support trying to get it rectified), there was no toilet paper in our room when we arrived and they were stingy on pillows, blankets and sheets for our family of 4 even when we kindly requested extras. It took 3 separate requests just to get the amount of sheet sets and pillows we needed to set up beds for my oldest and my toddler.
The pros of the hotel are that it’s located in a safe area and offer multi-room suites at an affordable price but they are much smaller than expected and it’s unfortunate that the only bathroom is located in the bedroom so your kids have to sneak into the bedroom at night to go the bathroom and risk waking everyone up. I also don’t recommend staying on the 1st or 2nd floor because the stomping is so loud.
It’s worth it if you just need a place to shower and sleep but I wouldn’t recommend it if you are looking to stay in and relax.

When I got to my room the television wasn't working properly. So the next day they change my room. The next room given to me seem cleaner than the previous room. Later, that day a huge roach was in the bedroom area coming from the bathroom. I took a picture to show the front desk. Now, later that evening I was getting ready for a graduation and the hot water started getting cold. I called the front desk and ask if something was going on with the hot water and I was told they would have someone go check out the boiler room. After, I left someone must have came to the room but I was gone by that time. When I returned the hot water was working again. Now, here the problem I am having now. I left two expensive watches in my bag in the room and a pair of sunglasses which has vanish from my bag. I have contact the General Manager and filed a complaint. She stated to me her employees have been working here for a long time and don't steal. She Stated that she will file a claim with the Corporate Office and someone would contact me. It's been over three weeks and heard from no one. I called today and was told I just would have to wait until someone calls me and there is nothing she can do anymore. I asked for the corporate office and she refused to give it to me. What do you all think is going on with that response? Did she even reported it ? I will have to look for the information myself. I will not recommend anyone to stay there.
