Room is fine for the low price. On our first full day when we came back there was no housekeeping. We got in very late at night but the parking lot was completely full. We had to park on a driveway. The hotel deserves 3 stars. But we were very happy with their free cookies. They were so good! The cookies bumped up their score to 4 stars.

My family and I were evacuated from our home due to a chemical incident at GNK Aerospace, and we stayed here while waiting for updates. What could have been a very stressful situation was made so much easier thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
From the moment we arrived, every interaction was positive. The valet attendant was welcoming and directed us to self‑parking. The front desk team was friendly, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. They helped extend our stay multiple times as the evacuation timeline kept changing, and they handled everything with patience and compassion.
We were originally quoted a much higher rate by the automated phone system, but once we spoke with the front desk, they applied an evacuation rate and later reduced it even further. They even retroactively adjusted the earlier nights and provided complimentary parking for our entire stay. Their generosity during a difficult time meant a lot.
We stayed in two different rooms, both of which were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Each room had the essentials, a small refrigerator, a large TV, and a coffee and tea setup. The second room also had a microwave, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, and everything worked well except for the USB ports in the first room, but the regular outlets worked fine.
When we were finally cleared to return home, checkout was quick and easy, and the staff remained just as friendly as they had been throughout our stay.
Overall, the entire team was professional, personable, and truly went above and beyond. Their support made a stressful situation much easier, and we are very grateful for the care they showed us.

The hotel was extremely filthy and honestly one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The walls were stained and dirty, the curtains were dirty, almost every surface had visible dust, and the floors also felt dirty and not properly cleaned.
The bathroom was especially bad. There was built-up dirt and grime throughout the bathroom, including the grout and shower tiles. The shower head was absolutely filthy with heavy buildup, and even the outside window sill was extremely dirty.
What made it even worse was that when we checked in, there was a half-eaten cookie left on the floor in the corner of the room. We called and asked for the room to be cleaned. After we came back and housekeeping had supposedly cleaned the room, the same half-eaten cookie was still sitting there on the floor.
The staff was nice and friendly when we checked in, but management and housekeeping definitely need to be much more on top of the cleanliness of these rooms.
The only real positive for us was the close distance to Disneyland, which was the main reason we were visiting. We spent most of our time at the parks and were barely at the hotel, but even then, coming back after a long day to a dirty hotel room was extremely disappointing.
For the price of this hotel, this level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable. I have stayed at much cheaper hotels that were significantly cleaner and better maintained. Definitely not the experience I expected for what we paid.

Our stay had a few challenges, especially with cleanliness on arrival and inconsistent housekeeping during our 5-night visit for me and my friend. Communication with management also took a bit longer than expected when we raised concerns.
That said, the location was great and the overall atmosphere was really nice. We still had some enjoyable moments during our stay. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, consistency, and responsiveness, this hotel could be even better.

Hotel is a dump. The decor in the rooms is from the early 2000’s and it’s quite bad. The furniture’s best years are behind it. Rooms and hallways are dirty, there is dust everywhere. The ac vent was caked in dust, I washed it off with a cloth. Pubic hair was stuck the ceiling in the bathroom. Beds were uncomfortable.
We sat at the bar for a happy hour drink and during our conversation we noticed we had ants on our food. We looked closer and a line of ants resembling the traffic on the 5 freeway was moving along the edge of the bar. We paid the tab and left. The bartender was nice but beyond that, this hotel is a must avoid if you can avoid it.
