Stayed here for our honeymoon, location was great and the shuttle to Disneyland was easy and convenient. The hot tub and restaurant were nice as well. We were disappointed with lack of housekeeping though. We were there for 5 nights, our room was cleaned after the first night and then never again. We were always gone by 8:30 am and not back until late and did not have the "Do Not Disturb" sign out. Our garbages were overflowing by the end of our stay and the towels were very damp. We have had better housekeeping at budget hotels, this was definitely not 4 star hotel standards.

I have stayed here twice and it was nice the first time was in 2022/2023 if I recall. Did not have any issues with room or service everything was just "okay." The second time I had stayed in April of 2024 for my daughters birthday weekend. We checked into our room was not ready properly, one of the beds was turned down with all the sheets, blankets, and dirty towels crumbled on the bed and when I called to let the front desk know they offered me a new room. Mind you we were exhausted it was past midnight, we had just checked in and came in from Disneyland. When I asked for some sort of compensation all they could offer was to to comp my parking for the inconvenience $28 for two days. The only reason I would come back here again is it is priced right.

This was my first and last experience with a DoubleTree by Hilton. The location is convenient for Disneyland. However, the service and room was subpar at best. Our room wasn’t clean. We arrived late at night, and our bathroom wasn’t clean. There was grime and hair in the bathtub and on the toilet seat, and brown, dried splatters still on the wall and toilet. The closet had these weird, reddish-brown marks on the wall as well. More importantly, there were issues with the water. The shower pressure was very, very weak. A water spray bottle has more pressure than the shower head had in my room. Additionally, the water temperature in the sink was inconsistent, and it was hard to get hot water. A staff member named Tony had reached out to me about correcting this issue. I sent him a response, he didn’t respond, and the issue hadn’t been fixed upon my return to the room. I wasn’t aware that parking had cost extra. It wasn’t disclosed to me on the website I booked through, and the confirmation paperwork I got had nothing about an extra fee for parking. When I saw the sign for parking upon check in, I asked the staff member about paying for parking. He told me not to worry about paying for parking. The next night, after inquiring about an extra $44 hold on top of the $100 hold, the staff member working the desk informed me that it was for the charges on my room, including parking. She came across as very standoffish, and had a poor attitude during my entire interaction with her. I gave the hotel a chance to hear this feedback directly. We were directed to the manager James, who was not on property at all during our stay, and would not be in until 11am. We were given a phone number to reach the manager, and he never answered any of our calls. Overall, this was my first experience with any Hilton hotel, and I definitely will not be booking with Hilton after this experience. They will nickel and dime you, provide poor service, and overcharge you for a dirty room.

I would not stay at this property again. We booked and paid in advance for a Deluxe King room months ahead of our stay. We even called ahead to request a late check-in, which the hotel approved. When we arrived in the evening, the hotel had given away our King room without notifying us. Instead, they assigned us a double room without mentioning any change. We only found out after going up to the room and returning to the front desk to ask why the room type was wrong. At that point, we were told our King room was “no longer available.” We were not offered any alternatives, compensation, or the option to wait — just stuck with a room type we did not book. To make matters worse, the hotel later reported to the booking agency that we chose to switch rooms, which is completely false. We simply accepted what they gave us because we were left with no choice. Very disappointing experience, poor communication, and no accountability for the room downgrade we paid a higher rate for.

I had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—it really set the tone for the whole visit. The room was spotless and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I slept so well, which is rare for me when I’m away from home. Everything felt fresh and clean, and I could tell they pay close attention to detail. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the pool area. The pool itself was sparkling clean, and there were plenty of loungers to just relax and soak up the sun. It felt like such a peaceful retreat. Outside, the grounds were beautiful. There’s a lovely pond that makes the whole space feel calm and relaxing, and in the evenings, sitting by the fireplace stations was just perfect—it gave everything a cozy, welcoming vibe. Overall, the combination of comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back.
