Stayed here for an event at the Honda Center. Wanted a place close by to Uber over. It was the perfect distance! The lobby is beautiful! Nice bar area. Very relaxing to sit in the lobby/bar area and sip a drink. Did the digital check-in (love being able to pick your own room from a map... awsome technology)! Asked the front desk a question about the parking and was greeted with 2 warm amazing cookies! Nice rooms. Will stay here again. Only issue was exiting the parking area. Nobody could get out and all cars had to call for assistance to get out of lot. Seems like this is an ongoing issues from other comments that still needs to be addressed. Make sure you allow extra time to get out of the lot (we had 4 cars ahead of us that all had the same issue).

I had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—it really set the tone for the whole visit.
The room was spotless and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I slept so well, which is rare for me when I’m away from home. Everything felt fresh and clean, and I could tell they pay close attention to detail.
One of my favorite parts of the stay was the pool area. The pool itself was sparkling clean, and there were plenty of loungers to just relax and soak up the sun. It felt like such a peaceful retreat.
Outside, the grounds were beautiful. There’s a lovely pond that makes the whole space feel calm and relaxing, and in the evenings, sitting by the fireplace stations was just perfect—it gave everything a cozy, welcoming vibe.
Overall, the combination of comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back.

I enjoyed my stay here. I liked their morning coffee, the fact that you can choose from variety. I was not thrilled with their house keeping though but the girls at the desk are very attentive even if it's late at night they still answer the door bell and attend to you. Great value for the buck!

The worse experience i have ever had by far. Pulled up no one offered to help with bags. No one offered help with absolutely anything. I called for towels they said i could come get some in the front of i wanted. The parking. I got charged three times for parking when i only had one vehicle . twice on my credit card and one my debit card. I asked for a refund the front desk man Lee was looking at me like he had no idea what he was talking about. Handed me a receipt for a 0$ refund i asked for a manager, he wasn’t available. And i had a plane to caught so i couldn’t wait very long. I have been calling over to speak to James Toty the manager or to speak to mark someone’s is billing department i haven’t been able yo speak to anyone.

Great location, HORRIBLE rooms. This morning I lifted my bedspread and the light came through in a way that I was able to see brown clumps throughout the entire inside of it. I ran my hands over the comforter in those spots and it felt like my hand was going over pebbles, absolutely disgusting. My guess is mold. Shower does not have an inner curtain to keep entire floor from getting wet. Room is humid. Maid service only addresses your concerns (new towels etc) when you ask, but if you ask they’ll do the thing you asked for. When I arrived, one of the lamps was broken. I will not be staying here again.
