Great hotel, overall really enjoyed our stay. Shower heads are extremely low, I’m 5’3 and was ducking… my husband had a very clean belly button. Staff were very pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The provided breakfast options were very good and were slightly different each morning.

This place was really convenient for taking my grandma to her UCI medical appointments. I was able to push her in her wheel chair over. The elevator is a bit small for wheel chairs. Rooms were super clean. They sell grandmas favor lemon ices at the front desk. They give you free on parking if your staying with them to go to uci appointments.

After driving an exhausting 5 hours to this location, the only thing I wanted to do was relax. I was exhausted. My service animal and I were clearly tired, and we had this reservation made weeks in advance. Unfortunately, I was then met with what felt like an interrogation from the young man behind the counter. (The only ADA compliant questions you’re able to ask are: Does the service animal provide you a service/what is that service?) I was instructed to sign a paper regarding my service animal which I declined, as he’s a tool— not a pet. The form described all things relating to having a pet, not an ADA animal. This isn’t legal. Then, what really took the cake was the couch bed in the “deluxe” room being infested with the bugs I attached pictures of. I was furious. Who wouldn’t be? Upon requesting a different room from the female manager, I was met with a disgusting attitude. I showed her pictures of the bugs, to which she scoffed and shrugged. As she was arranging another room for me she goes “you and I aren’t pest professionals, we can’t determine these as bed bugs or any other kind of bug”— not once was accountability taken. Not even a sorry. I was simply expecting a “that’s horrible, I’m sorry, let me move you”— but unfortunately there was a severe lack of interpersonal communication skills from the manager. The front desk employee before her was far more concerned than her. Google AI states that the bug is likely a fed bed bug or a grown termite. Either way, both things I wouldn’t want to bring home. I’m disappointed. I really wanted to like this place, but this place was quite hellacious. Save your money, go somewhere else.

We stayed at ALO Hotel by Ayres for 5 nights for a wedding at the end of July and had a great experience! The rooms were clean, beds and linens were comfy, and the breakfast was great every day. We brought our two dogs and still felt like the room we had was spacious enough for working during the day and getting ready for events. The pet fee was only $45 for the entire reservation and we paid an extra $30 to check in early. Overall, a high quality and easy travel experience. Would book here again.

Close enough to Disneyland. Good breakfast and clean rooms. They have obviously put a lot of effort into updating an old hotel and every surface has been repainted and new lighting and fixtures. Parking is an extra cost. Staff was very helpful and the checkout is 12pm which is really nice after a late night at Disneyland. Breakfast was good and not the same every day.
