Have been coming here for a conference, but not staying overnight so I wanted to share my experience for commuters. Good facilities! You don’t have to pay for parking in the hotel lot if you’re not staying overnight which is great. Parking is paid by phone via QR code if you do stay. Some food in the area, but be prepared to drive to lunch. Food services provided by the hotel were good quality and well prepared. Lots of available lobby seating with wall plugs. WiFi is not available unless you’re staying in a room, or your event has offered access through a promo code.

Checked in late after a day at Disney. The shower had hair inside it and possibly soap on the floor (the water made it slick enough that my son nearly fell getting into the shower and the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty). There was a long curly hair basically wrapped around toilet handle, a piece of food on the floor, crumbs on the sofa, and jam on the floor. I was concerned the room had not been cleaned, I told the girl at the front desk- she was very sweet and upgraded us to a larger room. In the second room, there was a large clump of hair in the drain and an old Oreo cookie on the floor. Had my family not been exhausted- we would have left the hotel. I did not ask for a second room switch- only because I felt like this was considered “clean.” Maybe my standards are too high and it’s normal to not take hair out of the shower or vacuum the floor (the jelly would have been smeared and the Oreo would have broke or at least would have been noticed). But I feel like with the amount I paid- plus the extra 32 dollars for parking, I should have a clean hotel room. All the staff members were lovely, and breakfast was great- shame the rest was gross.

This hotel and service used to be really good, but this last stay I was really disappointed. Room was not very clean. Trash between couch cushions and on the floor. One of the cooks at the breakfast area was very rude and some items in the breakfast buffet were not replenished and took a while to get more. They guy cleaning tables was talking to coworkers and just standing there. And only one elevator was working during our stay. Took a while to finally get to our floor, every single time. Hope this helps to make this hotel like used to be.

The hotel is in poor conditions. As shown from the pictures my room had a water leak. The AC was not working. The lobby had one of the two fountain broken and deteriorated.
Breakfast was okay .. but one person doing omelets for all guest .. the line was impossible and not to mention the orders got mixed.
Locations definitely good but this hotels needs remodeling ASAP.

Update, after this review, I was contacted and told I would receive a refund, but that never happened. So very bad. Do better Embassy!
Worst experience ever! Our bathroom sink was clogged and the internet didn't work in our room. We called down to front desk 5 times and went down to the front desk 3 times, and each time they said maintenance would be right up. Maintenance never showed. I was told, by Chris at the desk, the manager would call me the next morning to make things right. I told him I didn't believe I'd receive a call, and I was correct. I never did hear from the manager. There were so many other things wrong with this stay, I can't even begin to list them. PLEASE do not stay here. It's so very disappointing.
