I placed an order for a vanilla heart-shaped cake with lemon filling from their bakery a week in advance. On the day I was scheduled to pick it up, I received a call informing me that they had “run out” of white cake and could only offer chocolate. This forced me to change both the cake and filling on the day of the event, as I had no other option with the party planned for that afternoon.
When I came to pick up the cake, it didn’t even look like a heart! And the letters were so messy, it’s just embarrassing to bring this to a party. The only good thing I can say is it was cheap.

I called the deli today because when I go to order some of the premade meals that are listed on DoorDash, I never get to order because they never seem to have them. Because of my medical condition, I can’t shop in the store any longer and I spoke with a lady named Jasmine today and literally she’s a godsend. She said no worries. What do you want and she went over and looked for the meals I wanted and she said they had some and would she like Her to set them aside for Doordash to pick up tomorrow I couldn’t believe it! No one has ever said that they always say no sorry we don’t have them. They don’t even go look.. She was wonderful and I appreciate it so much. And Doordash will go to the deli tomorrow and give them my name and I will get my meals I ordered. You could tell from the Way she spoke that she really enjoyed her job. Thank you, Jasmine!

Great Deli, as always, and the personnel is super friendly! The store is really clean and tighty. Even the restrooms! Competitive pricing. Great meat department.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Shame on the managers at this location. It is so dirty I can’t believe people are buying their food here. The store smells like an animal farm, and the bathrooms were just down right gross, no toilet seat covers, no paper towels, the toilet paper was not in its cover and on the floor. There were 8-10 yellow non slip cones hazardously stacked on top of each other in front of the bathrooms that were literally brown. You can tell whomever manages this store does not care about the people shopping here.

The sliced up watermelon they do buy 2 get 1 free seems like crappy quality and it's mostly melon things it's not the actual melon. Recently got some and the aftertaste is weird like peppermint or something idk and it's like not ripe...why are you selling bad quality watermelon...Ralph's quality is much better for the sliced up watermelon...yours is unripe or extremely soggy or bad taste idk what's going on
