I visited the orange location to get tested for covid. The office was extremely efficient, organized and caring. I had many questions for the physician, and he took the time at the end of the day to call at the end of his day to be sure that all questions or concerns I had were taken care of. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I did not feel like any other patient just getting tested for covid, and they went above and beyond to meet my expectations. I highly recommend them for your healthcare needs!

Was able to call and make an appointment to be seen almost immediately. The staff is extremely friendly and there was no waiting when I arrived. The clinic is very clean. Dr. Newman is knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and communicated in terms I could understand. There is a pharmacy located right next door which made things very convenient. Highly recommend this urgent care.

Provider Lana Phan was amazing. My family tested positive for Covid and she took a long time explaining to us the isolation requirement. Also the Covid Test appointment was available within the same day we called. The girl who did our tests was gentle and the service was fast and excellent. I will definitely be coming back to this place for any urgent needs. Thank you for all your help!

If I could give this place a zero I would. This clinic was by far, the WORST experience I've had yet. I went to get covid testing on the 31st and they said I had to come back tomorrow for it to be a full 10 days since my prior covid test, okay that's fine. Forward to tomorrow and I get there at 9 am for my appointment, call them 3 times before someone picks up, give them my name, and they say someone will be out, PERFECT. Then 30 minutes pass and I call them again...and they say "oh someone should be out soon"...so I wait another 15 minutes and the car next to me gets helped. The lady then comes over to me and asks for my name, and then leaves again. She comes back and informs me that the other lady never made a new appointment for me so I have to call the front desk and schedule for right now. I'm very irritated that it's been over 40 minutes by this point...so I call and they say "it looks like your insurance is inactive" (which is understandable because I got a new insurance recently) but by this point, I was fuming. So I asked how much it would be without insurance since I didn't have my new card on me...they said 250$ for an antigen test. I said bye. It's the fact that I waited almost an hour for them to tell me that they didn't even have an appointment for me in the first place. The excuse was that there was someone else with my name... the ladies at the front desk never even checked to confirm my name/last name. I'm very disappointed and left in tears. Worst place ever. I got better care at a Walgreens drive-thru. You're better off making an appointment elsewhere.
