Most unprofessional staff I ever had to deal with. Took them 6 weeks to get a new order in for my MRI. When I called back after 4 weeks to see whats going on, the lady said she did put it in after the first time I called. I called my insurance to verify and they said she only just put it in 40 minutes prior of me calling. Then they did it wrong and took zero accountability. Gave me attitude and were rude when I finally got someone on the phone and gave me the runaround. I spent a total of 5 hours on the phone with my insurance and about 5 hours on the phone with them and still no resolution. I basically had to flip out in order for them to do anything. Been a patient at UCI for 4 years and never had such a bad experience. In the meantime I was not able to take my medication until the Mri is done. They are not one bit concerned about the wellbeing of the patients.

The review is for Dr. Carol Major. Me and my wife are quite happy with her and her office. Especially Dr. Major is very attentive and gives ample time during the visit.
(Which also means you have to wait a while before she sees you)
The only problem with this location is that while you wait, you should carry some food with you (you would get hungry if you are pregnant) and you do not have much food options here. The small shop in the lobby only takes CASH.

Seriously, everytime we need a med refill they never pick up(after repeated calls and voicemails) forcing me to drive an hour and a half there and same time back home just ask for a prescription for my family member with ALS. How hard is it to answer a phone or call back after a voicemail? If you are okay with that, they do a good job otherwise. Since we started with them and they know our situation, we can't change offices without difficulties which is the only reason we havent changed provider. Make sure you pick somewhere that won't drive you crazy trying to get in touch with them when you need them.

Excellent patient care!
Amalia Rodriquez (EMG Tech) is absolutely wonderful at her job and goes out of her way to make sure that her patients are as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Goyle, MD was a pleasure to work with as well. She treated me with excellent care, compassion & respect.
