Hi,
Recently came into the store to buy some products, and have never experienced such unsettling experience. As I walk into the store there are two men behind the register who did not greet us but just stared at us. I had to go out of my way to ask for a specific product, and the one with the beard hesitated and just pointed at the product and left to go back to his phone. The guy at the register was whatever but wanted to be transparent on how unhelpful and ugly their personalities and faces were.

I spend thousands on supplements. Worst customer service I've ever had at any supplement store. Wouldn't price match Amazon. News flash: you can get most of your stuff on Amazon prime for half the price of this store and next day shipping. Good luck staying in business.

I come here every few months and spend at least a $200. Normally the staff is helpful. However. today, the sales associate would not price match like every other employee for the past few years has done since I moved to the area. It’s unfortunate, that I will need to go elsewhere for my health supplement needs.

Didn’t get their names but blonde skinny girl and guy was very helpful. At no point I was felt pressured or pushed in making a decision. This is why I love going to Vitamin Shoppe! Corporate, please pay them more than minimum wage!

Johnny the manager provided unacceptable customer service last week and it's still bugging me that's how bad it was. First of all I walked in the store with no greetings and no smile. I dont know if he was having a bad day however it was only 10 am something in the morning.
So when I said hello, how's it going he did Not! replied back he kept walking as if I didn't said it out loud. Finally he didnt ask me if I needed help.I think this should be brought up to his superiors.
