Produce quality needs improvement. Guess back to Walmart. Got a moldy (interior) red bell pepper this time. Don't get the ones in the front as you might get one as well. Might be older items they're trying to get rid of. Look for any exterior bruising if buying veggies here.

Overall groceries (veggies) are affordable and good quality. I was a little dissapointed with the tamales, as they had more masa then meat in them for $2.99/ea. I will likely buy their roasted whole chicken next time for $10.99 w/ a 1.5 liter coca cola bottle (weekend special), as I'm hoping that will be more satisfying. Good place to go if you're on a budget. We really like the Superior in the Cypress area, as the quality of items are much better there and more variety. π

People that work at this store are always really nice and helpful here! I Love that they sell cheeses and cream products at the deli! By the pound! No more wasting cheese and cream products! They also have very good produce with reasonable prices!

Mexican grocery store. Spacious, clean and typically well organized. Pricing is not significantly different from the big name chains. Always has a few items on sale which are competitive but not typically a bargain. Sale items are often low grade or near end of shelf life.

My first time shopping at this store. It has a really comprehensive produce section and meat counter A large variety of items in both areas and everything was good quality and fully socked. I didnt spend much time in the bakery area so Im not able to comment. Most everyone there except the woman sweeping in the produce area was super super nice. The store was also very clean.
