In a time when it’s really hard to find a good doctor — one who truly cares and actually listens — Dr. Kenneth Grubs stands out.
He takes the time to listen carefully and goes above and beyond to make sure the right tests are done. If something is going on and he needs to push to get answers faster, he genuinely does everything he can. You never feel rushed or ignored.
The staff are all very nice, friendly, and welcoming.
It’s rare to find a doctor who is this dedicated to his patients. Dr. Grubs truly cares, and that makes all the difference

The nurse up front told me 30 /45 minutes to have my finger looked at its been an 1hr 30 min so far and have not seen a doctor yet. Not very professional office

Great service, quick results, and very very nice staff!
I went in for a small cut on my hand and ended up getting stitches. While I was there, PA Neal (I believe that was his name, an Asian guy) walked me through each step and explained everything.
On top of that, I was supposed to be charged for a follow up to check on my stitches and the same PA got it waived for me. He said it didn’t make sense to pay a ton of money just for them to look at it.
I also asked for a blood test for prediabetes and he helped me with that as well.
3 weeks later he calls me to check up on my blood tests. He’s not even my primary physician!
10/10 service and they care about their customers

On Sunday, 02/09/25, I checked this location hours , I had 40 min till they closed. I arrived giving me 25 minutes to walk in. No one waiting. Yay. Employees were gathered in a corner talking and laughing. Finally a girl walked over asking what I needed. I described my symptoms. She looked over at someone in the corner and said the dr/PA wasn't seeing anymore patients.
I quoted the websites hours, leaving me minutes 15 left. She stammered, looking back at someone in the corner (the doctor) yet still refused to see me. I will never go back there. I ended up at ER, I was tested and had covid at it's worst. Who ever was the doctor or PA that day, should be fired!

The wait time wasnt long compared to other places and the doctor and other staff were very friendly and down to earth. Thanks guys.
