On Sunday, 02/09/25, I checked this location hours , I had 40 min till they closed. I arrived giving me 25 minutes to walk in. No one waiting. Yay. Employees were gathered in a corner talking and laughing. Finally a girl walked over asking what I needed. I described my symptoms. She looked over at someone in the corner and said the dr/PA wasn't seeing anymore patients.
I quoted the websites hours, leaving me minutes 15 left. She stammered, looking back at someone in the corner (the doctor) yet still refused to see me. I will never go back there. I ended up at ER, I was tested and had covid at it's worst. Who ever was the doctor or PA that day, should be fired!

Great service, quick results, and very very nice staff!
I went in for a small cut on my hand and ended up getting stitches. While I was there, PA Neal (I believe that was his name, an Asian guy) walked me through each step and explained everything.
On top of that, I was supposed to be charged for a follow up to check on my stitches and the same PA got it waived for me. He said it didn’t make sense to pay a ton of money just for them to look at it.
I also asked for a blood test for prediabetes and he helped me with that as well.
3 weeks later he calls me to check up on my blood tests. He’s not even my primary physician!
10/10 service and they care about their customers

Kenneth Grubbs always inconveniently wasn't in the office and for 2 weeks couldn't give my dad his refill on blood thinners. My dad got a pulmonary embolism and died on August 5 2024. His last prescription was half strength and half the pills even though he tests were normal 3 weeks before he died. Kenneth Grubbs has not made any statement either. He needs to be fired and his license suspended indefinitely. RIP Jonathan Burrell 6/29/82-8/5/24

I had a great experience at this urgent care. I came in on September 2 on a Saturday. It was raining that day. I came in just before 10:00, probably 10 minutes before 10:00 am.
The female receptionist behind the glass on the left was nice, smiling, and patient towards me when I explained what I was there for (foot infection).
After the filling out paperwork. I waited an hour before I was called into a room and seen by this male nurse/ male assistant who checked my blood pressure and such. Good experience with him but I think he was rushing just a bit. He seemed urgent when interacting with me.
And then around 11:00am I saw Dr. Simon Yao. My experience with doctor Yao was great. He was patient and had no sense of urgency while being attentive and communicating with me, asking a lots of questions about my condition so that he can understand the best way to help me at that moment.
I just really appreciate how he communicated with me.
He cleaned my foot sore/ foot ulcer and explain to me how to properly clean my foot when I got home. I was prescribed with antibiotics.
I was there for about 2 hours. I left at 12:00 p.m. in the afternoon.
Staff was great. The facility and cleanliness, in my opinion, was good. No trash on the floor. Little to no dirt on the floors that I noticed. Bathroom was clean. Unfortunately. During my time there. They were out of toilet paper. Or paper towels. I can't remember which.
So I would say the general cleanness deserves an A.
The waiting room space. They were about four or five other people sitting in waiting room with me. It was spacious enough for five people to where I didn't feel cramped. But I assume any more than that would be a bit cramped. So I would say the waiting room is not on the large side. Plenty of seats but the room size was perhaps a "medium".
Lastly. Phone service was also a good experience when I called the day before to see if they were open on Saturday.
I would say this is my go-to urgent care. Great experience.
