The pickup department at this store fails miserably every single time. They usually wait until the last second to offer substitutes, sometimes less than 1 minute before they check out almost as if it’s on purpose. This time I put in the order notes to please text as they go so I can keep my phone on me and get back to them asap so I don’t get any weird substitutes. Well, instead of being ready at 8pm they rescheduled my order for 8-9am today without asking me. I missed the window at 7:45am because they won’t change anything at all once they check out on policy. So I immediately drive here at 8am and ask her point blank if they have any other flavors of rotisserie chickens and it’s a no. I immediately went inside to find the exact flavor of rotisserie chickens, the exact brand bag organic Roma tomatoes, exact bag and brand organic russet potato’s, and one of the substituted flavored sodas. Do your shoppers even know where to look for things? Very frustrating considering this is a service advertised to save people time but it never does because you basically have to be on call the entire shopping trip and can’t trust them to know where things are apparently and then you will probably have to go in yourself after waiting for your order too! Please offer more training to your employees.

I just had my first shopping experience at a Sprouts store. I was at the store in Orange, California, and was so impressed with the service I received from one of the store managers. Lasha, the Sprouts employee, impressed me in a number of ways. I first noticed her helping a customer find an item not by just pointing him in the right direction but by guiding him right to the item. And then when my daughter and I checked out, she went above and beyond what I expected to help us complete our meal order from the deli department. She was kind, generous with her time , and extremely helpful. If I lived in Orange, I would make this particular Sprouts my neighborhood store, and that would be because of the friendly welcome and service we received from Lasha!

Nice place to shop. They don't have "their own brand" i find a lot of their products at other grocery chains outside of California. Nice friendly people though. Never had an issue with a product being exchanged or just given to me without a receipt if something was wrong. Honesty still works in some places

I visited the Orange store on Saturday, 11/1 and was helped by Christian Luna in the vitamin section. He was very friendly greeting me and asking me if I needed help. When I asked him questions he was very helpful and knowledgeable and even wrote down a list of suggested vitamins based on what I was looking for. I highly recommend this store!

The price - it’s more expensive. But the quality is totally worth it.
We’re currently a middle-class Ralphs family. One day sure we gonna be in the top 1%, but till date the most expensive grocery store we’ve been to is probably Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s.
Sprouts is better! We just discovered this store during our splurge one day on dried fruits and nuts. It’s got basically everything from groceries to dairy to packaged products. And unlike Trader Joe’s which has very limited options, there’s an abundance of brands and choices. Everything is still organic, of course, and the whole experience is very friendly.
And by God their vegan cake! It isn’t easy to find, but it’s a true gem. About $7.95 for a 6” cake that’s absolutely heavenly. I got it for my wife’s birthday last week and literally couldn’t stop eating it. Absolutely delicious - a must must try!
I’d highly recommend you to at least check this store out. It may be a little out of budget, but once in a while it is an excellent opportunity to eat healthy.
