people at the deli section need to learn to be a lot more friendly and greet people,
Came here last week and Julio was so nice to me it was my first time ordering and he helped me. Came this weekend and the girl didn’t even acknowledge me she ended up giving me the wrong meat but I waited 10 minutes for her to get it ready that I was not willing to wait again. And I walked away empty handed
Please make sure the deli people greet the customers and ask them if they need help with anything. This place is to friendly for the deli people to ruin the service

Staff deserves 5 stars! Selection and price only 4 stars. I wasn't able to find a couple items on my list, and the prices are pretty high. I would return for a few choice items where quality really counts but this won't be one of my regular stops. I love that they have a small bulk section though!!!

The price - it’s more expensive. But the quality is totally worth it.
We’re currently a middle-class Ralphs family. One day sure we gonna be in the top 1%, but till date the most expensive grocery store we’ve been to is probably Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s.
Sprouts is better! We just discovered this store during our splurge one day on dried fruits and nuts. It’s got basically everything from groceries to dairy to packaged products. And unlike Trader Joe’s which has very limited options, there’s an abundance of brands and choices. Everything is still organic, of course, and the whole experience is very friendly.
And by God their vegan cake! It isn’t easy to find, but it’s a true gem. About $7.95 for a 6” cake that’s absolutely heavenly. I got it for my wife’s birthday last week and literally couldn’t stop eating it. Absolutely delicious - a must must try!
I’d highly recommend you to at least check this store out. It may be a little out of budget, but once in a while it is an excellent opportunity to eat healthy.

So I gave three stars, they asked for how to make it five. Here's the thing, I could tell you how to get more customers but then you'd just take my idea and profit greatly off of it while leaving me out in the cold. I'm a secret shopper I go into a lot of different grocery stores in the LA and OC counties. You want my advice? It's not free. By the way it has nothing to do with staff or products it's obviously something you guys don't think is important.

Julio at the meat deli department is the reason we've been going to this sprouts for 5 years. His service is exceptional and genuine. He is extremely knowledgeable about meats/seafood and always give us 10/10 recommendations on how to prepare/cook and what to buy.
