I came to see if they had any butternut squash soup. They don’t. I did purchase some Panera soup. There are other soups in the refrigerated section are eight dollars. I purchased some soup from Trader Joe’s next-door for $4.99. I’ll see which one tastes better. I have tried sprouts “I drink my vegetables” soups. They weren’t that tasty. I love Sprouts Jack and Annie’s plant based meatballs. Also Daring Plant Cajun Chicken Pieces. They’re so good! I also got some salad dressings that I’m eager to try. One is a fig balsamic and the other is a Honeycrisp apple vinaigrette. My salads are gonna be poppin!!
On the previous visit - All of the Sprouts locations I’ve visited in Orange County have fresh quality products. Customer service is always great. However, today for the first time I felt like the employees at this location were on their own agendas. A woman opened a freezer next to me and couldn’t close the door. She went to find someone to help. No one ever came. Eventually two employees were walking down the aisle talking to each other. As they walked past me and the open freezer door I asked for help. When I reached my self check out area I needed assistance. I waited about 10 minutes with the red light on. Eventually, someone walked from behind me and asked if I needed help. It looked like the employee was off duty. After she entered the code to help me and walked away I couldn’t pay for checkout. It was still asking for an employee number. So the red light stayed on as I looked around for help for another five minutes. Eventually, I just moved to another register and checked out there.

The pickup department at this store fails miserably every single time. They usually wait until the last second to offer substitutes, sometimes less than 1 minute before they check out almost as if it’s on purpose. This time I put in the order notes to please text as they go so I can keep my phone on me and get back to them asap so I don’t get any weird substitutes. Well, instead of being ready at 8pm they rescheduled my order for 8-9am today without asking me. I missed the window at 7:45am because they won’t change anything at all once they check out on policy. So I immediately drive here at 8am and ask her point blank if they have any other flavors of rotisserie chickens and it’s a no. I immediately went inside to find the exact flavor of rotisserie chickens, the exact brand bag organic Roma tomatoes, exact bag and brand organic russet potato’s, and one of the substituted flavored sodas. Do your shoppers even know where to look for things? Very frustrating considering this is a service advertised to save people time but it never does because you basically have to be on call the entire shopping trip and can’t trust them to know where things are apparently and then you will probably have to go in yourself after waiting for your order too! Please offer more training to your employees.

Lasha was amazing! The entire staff there was quick and attentive but Lasha went above and beyond to help me and my weird responses. Overall the food was great and the environment. My big shout out is for Lasha, she was hilarious, quick, smart, and exceeded my needs. Give her a raise, give her more hours, promote her, etc.

I always have a great experience at this Sprouts, but the Lead Cashier, Franki, really stood out today. I had a small issue with a promotional price, and she handled it instantly with a smile, ensuring I felt valued as a customer. I also noticed how smoothly she was coordinating the other registers and helping her team. Exceptional customer service and fantastic leadership!
