This is a busy location. They keep it pretty clean and well stocked. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. I give it a low rating because they cram the aisles with junk. It makes it really hard to navigate the store because of all the random stuff taking up space in the narrow aisles. I hate trying to walk around since I am always narrowly missing other customers since there is no room to move in the store.

The Deli sucks.
I made the mistake of getting a tender meal and the tenders were so old and hard I choked 🤣 the sides sucked too. Worst punishment I've given myself in a long time.
Vons fried chicken is the move.

Trying to return something I bought, yes I don't had the receipt but I looked up online and it said under 10 bucks i could get cash back. So I go into the store and yes I look a little worn because I've been traveling, my kids mom has a stroke so I am trying to get down to where she lives to help out... But that doesn't excuse the completely disrespectful way the people here treated me. I have never had anyone treat me so rude. And on top of that the manager told me he thought I stole this... It's just a ten dollar bag of coffee. The cashier, Sandra, was so completely rude to me. I told her I needed to return the coffee because I needed a little more gas money... So what's she do? Returns it for a gift card. The whole point of this was because I needed a little gas because things went through on my card that I wasn't expecting. To have a manager tell me straight to my face that he thinks i stole something and then says I need to thank him for letting her return this item is unbelievable. And then to just try to ruin someone's day the cashier doesn't return it for th cash I need but a gift card. What a horrible way to treat people and what character defects the cashier's at this store have, including the manager who was working. Never ever going to any ralphs store again.

I could not remember the last time someone had picked up on me looking for something and offered to help. Thank you so much for being so helpful. I wish I would have asked for his name.
