Ralph’s has always been our go-to supermarket for everyday essentials because it offers a familiar, comfortable shopping experience. Its convenient location near both my home and office makes it an easy stop, and now, with the option to shop online and have groceries delivered straight to my car, the entire process is faster and more effortless than ever.

I go to this route pretty much every day I've got to know a lot of the people who work there they're friendly courteous especially d o n a really good guy even for Minnesota Vikings fans

Will never return to this store. Yes I went in the evening...but the store could have been kept up. It was dirty, low stock on items, handles in the deli and dairy area for the doors were disgustingly dirty. The main reason I decided to write a review is I was treated disrespectfully by a cashier. I didn't catch her name but she was a petite lady with long curly brown hair and glasses. I went through self checkout, which was the only registers open. Once I put the bags down, that I brought, there was an error to take them off and start scanning. When I scanned a $2 bag of a vegetable, there was an error, where the rude cashier had to come and scan a piece of paper to fix it. I did not know that it did not scan the item and she took it out of my bag in a rude way like I was trying to steal it. I had to scan three more items and while there were other people at the registered she decided to stand right behind me and watch me. Once I scan my debit card there was another error with the machine that she had to scan the little paper again. I have worked grocery stores and security before.. her attitude with the $2 bag of vegetables did not scan was unacceptable and definitely unsatisfactory customer service. I hope management reads this.
