Mother’s Market & Kitchen in Santa Ana has a unique vibe that sets it apart from your typical grocery store. If you’re into organic, natural, and plant-based products, this place is like a little haven. The store isn’t huge, but it’s well-organized and packed with specialty items you don’t always find in bigger chain stores. You’ll come across a solid selection of supplements, natural beauty products, and plenty of vegan and gluten-free options throughout the aisles.
One of the highlights here is the in-house kitchen and juice bar. Whether you’re grabbing a smoothie, a fresh juice, or a warm plate of food, everything feels clean and nourishing. The staff is usually friendly and helpful if you have questions about products or ingredients. Parking can be a little tight depending on the time of day, but it’s manageable.
The Santa Ana location has a laid-back feel that’s welcoming to everyone—from health-conscious shoppers to curious first-timers just exploring. It’s not the cheapest place to shop, but the quality and vibe make up for it. If you’re looking to mix up your grocery routine or just want a fresh bite to eat, this Mother’s Market is worth checking out.

Tried the juice bar and their juice and smoothies are delicious! Vanessa the juice barista was so helpful in narrowing down my choices based on what I like and her favorites. The apple and turmeric juice was great, and the creamy mango smoothie Vanessa suggested was phenomenal. She also recommended hot bar food which I left with a delicious breakfast burrito. Would definitely come back to try more of her reccomendations and for the customer service throughout the store

I really like shopping at Mother’s Market. They have a great selection of organic and specialty items that you don’t always find at regular grocery stores. The produce is fresh, and I love browsing their vitamins and wellness section too.
The prices can be a little higher, but you’re paying for quality. I also enjoy the little café — their smoothies and fresh food options are pretty solid.
Only downside is that the store can feel a bit cramped during busy hours, but overall it’s a great spot for clean, healthy shopping.

All the employees here are helpful, parking is easy but some homeless sometime lurk around.
The selection of food is decent, quaint - whenever something is missing or I cant find, the employees do step up and try to find it; no bad service, and most food is super fresh.

The Mothers Market is a great place to visit, but I would advise against ordering anything from the juice bar. I've been going there for some time and used to order my drinks over the phone until they stopped answering. When I called from a different number, they answered right away, which I found a bit strange.
During my latest visit, an employee named Jennifer didn’t greet me and had a rather poor attitude. As she started making my drink, she touched various pieces of equipment, mopped the floor, and then proceeded to cut fruit for my shake. I was shocked by her lack of professionalism.
Mothers, you need to hire people who care about their job! Every morning when I walk in, I’m greeted warmly by every employee I encounter, except for this unfortunate experience at the juice bar.
