I love the Mexican bread here and used to love the tortillas but the quality is no longer there…. I bought corn and flour tortillas and could not use them since they would just crack and break.. even while warming them up. Then they refused to take them back because of the cracks but it is the reason I had to take them back…because they crack !

Got a rosca today for $45 and was surprised to see most of the rosca had no filling. Very disappointing because it didn't taste the same plus for the money we pay for it I think it should have more filling. My mom and sister got masa for tamales and it tasted bad and the tamales took forever to cook. My mom called to let them know and was told they would only be able to give her more masa but that's it. Unfortunately the tamales were made and ingredients were already used so we didn't get masa. A better option would have been to at least be given a store credit to use on anything else instead of just masa. After these 2 experiences it looks like their quality is going down which sucks because we've been customers for years.

The pan dulce is ok . . the cashier's are rude don't respect the food I'm buying .. they purposefully smash, crush & stuff the sweet bread into 1 bag.. Eventhough I have told them I will pay extra for the bag. They used to wrap them individually. I usually will wait for someone else to check out but regardless this keeps happening :( hot food, rice is sometimes is hard, like stale. Because they stuff them on top of eachother, this is what I bring home .. honestly not even worth the money or time

Very disappointed with the cake I purchased.I ordered a 3 leches for 4/22/23 (paw patrol theme). And the cake was dry. The top cake layer tasted like days old, it was so dry, nobody ate cake. I live in Riverside and I buy my cakes there because they have always tasted good, until now. Their quality had really decreased. I’ve been shopping there for over 15 years.
