It’s a convenient grocery store to have in the neighborhood, but make sure you definitely look at the expiration dates. Especially in the dairy section. I can’t tell you how many times I have picked up an item for purchase only to realize that it expired long ago. Yesterday was March 21 and I went to go buy some buttermilk. Good thing I looked at the expiration date first—All the cartons on the shelf had an expiration date of March 3!

Checked out this place for the first time today. It was amazing by the great prices and great selection on nearly everything. Kathy the cashier is super nice and a rockstar! Will definitely be coming back.

If you love a good treasure hunt, this Grocery Outlet location is absolutely worth checking out. You can regularly find incredible deals on specialty items, organic products, and name-brand groceries that would easily cost double at a traditional supermarket. The inventory shifts constantly, which makes every trip a bit different and keeps shopping interesting.
The store is clean, organized, and well-stocked for a discount grocer. The staff is generally friendly, and checkout moves at a reasonable pace even during busier hours. It’s an excellent spot to stock up on staples, snacks, and unexpected gourmet finds without breaking the bank.
The only real downside is that you have to be a diligent shopper. Because a lot of the inventory consists of closeouts and overstock, some items can be very close to—or occasionally just past—their "best by" dates. As long as you check the packaging carefully before tossing things into your cart, you can walk out with a massive haul of groceries for a fraction of the price. It’s an essential stop to hit first before doing the rest of your weekly shopping elsewhere.

My wife and I LOVE this grocery store. When we first moved to California, we were like “shoot, this food is going to be pricey.” Then we found Grocery Outlet. This has literally made all the difference in the works to our grocery budget and has allowed us to get many food we wouldn’t other wise be able to get. Their NOSH (healthier) food isle always has something different and we can get fantastic deal and prices on so many different food items. You learn what you like and down, and we are always trying new things. They used to send out coupons on the mail, but we haven’t seen one in awhile which is a little bit of a bummer. Start shopping here, and your bank account will thank you.
