I am having the pleasure of staying at the Extended Stay America located on Katella Avenue in the City of Orange, and I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the outstanding level of service provided—particularly by Jessica at the front desk.
Jessica demonstrates a rare combination of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. Her welcoming demeanor and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction made an immediate and lasting impression. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every detail is addressed promptly and courteously. It is clear that she takes great pride in her role, and her dedication truly elevated the overall experience.
The property itself was very well-maintained, clean, and well-suited for an extended stay, with all the necessary amenities thoughtfully provided. However, it was the exemplary service offered by Jessica that distinguished this stay from others. She is a tremendous asset to the team, and I believe her efforts reflect the highest standards of hospitality.
I would not hesitate to return to this location in the future, and I will gladly recommend it to others—thanks in large part to Jessica’s exceptional care and professionalism.

I keep coming back to the extended stay in the city of Orange for many positive reasons but here's a few of my top reasons. First and foremost is the price. Yeah, it may be a few dollars more than the average room but you have to remember that all rooms have a small kitchenette that includes cookware and dishes, a full size refrigerator. I like that the laundry room is open all night. Oh! and the staff are both friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Then there's Jessica the best of the best when it comes to hospitality. She goes far and beyond to make sure your stay is a great experience. In a nutshell come stay at the extended stay and I think you'll be one of us happy campers.

I had a fantastic stay at Extended Stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were great, and the location was perfect. But what truly made my experience memorable was Jessica’s outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, always with a warm smile and a professional attitude. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests made all the difference. Thanks to her, I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel!

There's bed bugs at this location. Checked in July 16, 2025 and left the place at around midnight July 17, 2025.
Went to the front desk to let them know and this seems to be a prevalent thing since they didn't seem phased or concerned. There's no housekeeping on staff or they do cleanings every 2 weeks or so.
Didn't offer to switch our rooms or even help look for a different hotel until I asked. Said there wasn't much they could do until property manager was in the next morning so the options were to stay there or check out (at 12:30am).
It's a shame this is one of the closest options to the Honda Center.

The room is fine not bad, however they offered breakfast option but the “breakfast” is a cup of coffee and some muffins and that’s it. The location and the free parking is fine, and they could improve in customer service and in the breakfast as well.
