This is the best I’ve ever slept in a hotel in my whole life! The rooms were a bit dated but super comfy and cozy. The breakfast was great but lines were super long. Parking was a mess because there weren’t enough spots in the lot for everyone. The lobby staff would show you parking available 1 mile away and still expect you to pay the $29! Besides that, this hotel was excellent. Both times we requested items to our room they were brought promptly. Architecture was great but the carpet in the hallways was getting a bit old. Elevators were nice and smooth which is a plus!

Great Stay!
I had a great stay here! From the moment I walked in, the hotel felt clean and welcoming. I was able to check in early for a small $25 fee and got upgraded to Room 917, which had a balcony and amazing views of the ballpark.
Thanks to my status, I was also given complimentary waters and candy at check-in — a nice touch. The location is perfect if you’re heading to the stadium; it’s just a short walk away.
The rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh, but everything worked fine for my stay. After checking out, I left my bags at the front desk, and when I returned, the staff was super friendly and even offered to fill my water bottle.
I’d definitely recommend staying here, especially if you’re in town for a game.

I came across a few negative reviews about this hotel just a day before our arrival, so my wife and I braced ourselves for a potentially unpleasant stay. However, the moment we stepped into the hotel—and especially into our spacious, clean, and recently remodeled room—those concerns vanished completely.
The room was spotless and well-kept. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the staff throughout the hotel was consistently warm and welcoming. The chefs at the omelet station were both efficient and personable, adding to the positive start to each morning.
We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely return whenever we’re in the area.

A wonderful place in a great location for events at Honda Center, Angels ballpark or Disneyland, at reasonable rates in comparison to LA area prices and the dog-friendly policy is important. Excellent breakfast buffet with a great omelette station (and a nice, free happy hour as other guests told me). This well-maintained hotel is a good fit for families or adult groups (rooms are spacious including two large TVs, separate bathtub and walk-in shower with good water pressure, small fridge and microwave). Outside area was scenic and safe, while the general mood or vibe I observed was quite happy. This can likely be attributed to staff like the lovely Front Desk Agent Elizabeth, who projected cheerful professionalism throughout the weekend and seemed to truly care about her job and her customers. That positive attitude was shared by every worker I interacted with, at the front desk, bar, restaurant and housekeeping. Many of the people I spoke with had been at these Embassy Suites before and planned to return. I am now looking forward to that too.

I writing my review again because the first one they couldn’t even respond to it. I’m writing to follow up on my recent stay. I regret the delay in reaching out. I’ve been under considerable stress recovering from a severe back injury and navigating work and compensation processes.
While the suite was clean and comfortable in all respects, the mattress was horrible and didn’t offer any support, leading to significant discomfort. On Saturday morning I awoke with stiff low back pain that persisted throughout the day. By Sunday morning, the pain had escalated sharply, radiating down my left leg and indicating a flare‑up of sciatic nerve pain. I subsequently had to miss work all week both to manage the discomfort and attend medical appointments. On returning to my physically demanding job, the pain worsened, and I am now currently unable to work, walk, sit, stand or lie down without severe pain, requiring ongoing treatment under worker’s compensation.
What should have been a relaxing weekend stay instead initiated a cascade of medical, financial, and personal hardships. I chose Hilton specifically for its comfort and reliability; this experience unfortunately undermined that trust.
I’m disappointed and respectfully request your assistance, perhaps a refund or credit, and consideration regarding mattress replacement or inspection in my suite to prevent this happening to other guests. Other guest at the hotel bar also complained about their bed in the room.
Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. I would welcome a follow‑up discussion and appreciate your guidance on next steps.
Warm regards
