All is can say is Wow! even the maids were very nice what a great breakfast we had we will be back loved our stay here. It is my 2nd time staying at this Hotel only hiccup is the parking, you have to pay online through a qrc code it said parking was $12.00 per night but I looked at the charge and it was $31.00 for one night, that sucked maybe it will change after it posts to my account, I hope so. My husband really enjoyed his happy hour drink. Thank you Close to Angel Stadium and Disneyland.

Exterior of the hotel, hotel staff, and bfast buffet were all excellent. However, we were very disappointed and concerned with the condition of the hotel room as other reviewers had mentioned. Our room had a musty smell from the beginning when we first checked in. We initially thought it was just due to the age of the room, but we discovered that there were multiple, large areas of mold around the window sill. The hotel is old, but the hotel age should not justify this level of negligence. The management needs to do a better job of maintaining and cleaning the rooms.

Checked in late after a day at Disney. The shower had hair inside it and possibly soap on the floor (the water made it slick enough that my son nearly fell getting into the shower and the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty). There was a long curly hair basically wrapped around toilet handle, a piece of food on the floor, crumbs on the sofa, and jam on the floor. I was concerned the room had not been cleaned, I told the girl at the front desk- she was very sweet and upgraded us to a larger room. In the second room, there was a large clump of hair in the drain and an old Oreo cookie on the floor. Had my family not been exhausted- we would have left the hotel. I did not ask for a second room switch- only because I felt like this was considered “clean.” Maybe my standards are too high and it’s normal to not take hair out of the shower or vacuum the floor (the jelly would have been smeared and the Oreo would have broke or at least would have been noticed). But I feel like with the amount I paid- plus the extra 32 dollars for parking, I should have a clean hotel room. All the staff members were lovely, and breakfast was great- shame the rest was gross.

This hotel and service used to be really good, but this last stay I was really disappointed. Room was not very clean. Trash between couch cushions and on the floor. One of the cooks at the breakfast area was very rude and some items in the breakfast buffet were not replenished and took a while to get more. They guy cleaning tables was talking to coworkers and just standing there. And only one elevator was working during our stay. Took a while to finally get to our floor, every single time. Hope this helps to make this hotel like used to be.

Location is great, service is great. Parking is terrible. Had to park in the structure next door. The hotel is tired. Beds saggy, broken appliances all over (lamp has an outlet that is coming out) , security latch is defective, shower leaks on bathroom floor, carpets are dirty...only one functional elevator for the entire hotel. It just needs help and a major refresh.
