This is the best I’ve ever slept in a hotel in my whole life! The rooms were a bit dated but super comfy and cozy. The breakfast was great but lines were super long. Parking was a mess because there weren’t enough spots in the lot for everyone. The lobby staff would show you parking available 1 mile away and still expect you to pay the $29! Besides that, this hotel was excellent. Both times we requested items to our room they were brought promptly. Architecture was great but the carpet in the hallways was getting a bit old. Elevators were nice and smooth which is a plus!

We love staying at Embassy Suites — the rooms are always clean and very spacious, and the breakfast options are great with plenty to choose from. However, during this stay, we were really disappointed with the customer service and the shuttle to the theme park. The shuttle was supposed to run every 30 minutes, but that definitely wasn’t the case. We waited far longer than expected. When we asked the staff member at the front of the hotel where to catch it, he completely ignored us and offered no help at all. That experience really took away from what could’ve been a smooth and enjoyable stay. A little more attention to guest service and shuttle reliability would go a long way.

Great Stay! I had a great stay here! From the moment I walked in, the hotel felt clean and welcoming. I was able to check in early for a small $25 fee and got upgraded to Room 917, which had a balcony and amazing views of the ballpark. Thanks to my status, I was also given complimentary waters and candy at check-in — a nice touch. The location is perfect if you’re heading to the stadium; it’s just a short walk away. The rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh, but everything worked fine for my stay. After checking out, I left my bags at the front desk, and when I returned, the staff was super friendly and even offered to fill my water bottle. I’d definitely recommend staying here, especially if you’re in town for a game.

A Relaxing Stay with a Disturbing Encounter The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a separate sitting area from the bedroom—a great feature that made the space feel more like a suite. The large bathroom was a welcome luxury, and the breakfast buffet was a definite highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was not entirely positive. The pool area was a significant draw for us, but the indoor and outdoor pools were closed for two days for maintenance, which was disappointing. The most concerning incident occurred on our fourth or fifth day. My daughter went to the indoor pool area to get some towels for our family to use at the beach. As she was getting the towels, she noticed two maintenance workers looking through the glass doors at her. She felt they were watching her and filming her. When they locked the doors, she became frightened. Although they didn't say anything, she was so scared that she immediately put the towels back. The workers then moved away so she could leave, but the incident left her very shaken and upset. This was not appropriate for employees to be taking video of our daughter. We reported this to the Hotel Manager on duty and he said he would speak to the two maintenance people and review the policy. We do not feel comfortable staying at another Embassy Suites hotel. This experience overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay. While the room and amenities were great, the lack of communication from the staff regarding the pool closure and, more importantly, the disturbing encounter with the maintenance workers were very unsettling.

I ordered a beer from the bar and my wife had a her own seltzer from our room. We door dashed food and tried to eat it in the lobby. They kicked us out because we had our own alcohol from our room and said we could “enjoy” our own alcohol from our own room. I’ve stayed in many Embassy Suites all over the country and have never encountered this. Do not recommend this place for this weird policy. Does not feel like you are staying in your own hotel area. They are treating it like you are visiting their bar.
