This is the best I’ve ever slept in a hotel in my whole life! The rooms were a bit dated but super comfy and cozy. The breakfast was great but lines were super long. Parking was a mess because there weren’t enough spots in the lot for everyone. The lobby staff would show you parking available 1 mile away and still expect you to pay the $29! Besides that, this hotel was excellent. Both times we requested items to our room they were brought promptly. Architecture was great but the carpet in the hallways was getting a bit old. Elevators were nice and smooth which is a plus!

My son and I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites Anaheim for 2 nights and I have to say an excellent review is in order. The beautiful Hawaiian woman, at the front desk, Manatu was so incredibly kind. Going so far as to make sure we had the MOST AMAZING view of the Disneyland fireworks. Although we unfortunately missed Happy Hour, our short interaction with the pretty, sweet bartender was great as well. The rooms were nice and clean, parking good, the location for Disney was PERFECT and the building (interior) was pretty!

We love staying at Embassy Suites — the rooms are always clean and very spacious, and the breakfast options are great with plenty to choose from. However, during this stay, we were really disappointed with the customer service and the shuttle to the theme park. The shuttle was supposed to run every 30 minutes, but that definitely wasn’t the case. We waited far longer than expected. When we asked the staff member at the front of the hotel where to catch it, he completely ignored us and offered no help at all. That experience really took away from what could’ve been a smooth and enjoyable stay. A little more attention to guest service and shuttle reliability would go a long way.

Great Stay!
I had a great stay here! From the moment I walked in, the hotel felt clean and welcoming. I was able to check in early for a small $25 fee and got upgraded to Room 917, which had a balcony and amazing views of the ballpark.
Thanks to my status, I was also given complimentary waters and candy at check-in — a nice touch. The location is perfect if you’re heading to the stadium; it’s just a short walk away.
The rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh, but everything worked fine for my stay. After checking out, I left my bags at the front desk, and when I returned, the staff was super friendly and even offered to fill my water bottle.
I’d definitely recommend staying here, especially if you’re in town for a game.
