I came across a few negative reviews about this hotel just a day before our arrival, so my wife and I braced ourselves for a potentially unpleasant stay. However, the moment we stepped into the hotel—and especially into our spacious, clean, and recently remodeled room—those concerns vanished completely. The room was spotless and well-kept. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the staff throughout the hotel was consistently warm and welcoming. The chefs at the omelet station were both efficient and personable, adding to the positive start to each morning. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely return whenever we’re in the area.

Nice place, just getting older. Very good breakfast, very helpful and nice staff. A bit outdated. No way to stream from device to TV. Some electrical outlets don't work, but plenty to go around. Only usb outlet is in the alarm clock but it doesn't work. So a few smaller negatives which are outweighed by the reasonable price and overall nice amenities. Kept well cleaned.

Close to Disney, and super close to the angel stadium. You could walk there. The rooms were extremely spacious. The bed itself was very comfortable, slept like a baby. The breakfast was really good! Loved the omelet station. Very quiet. Loved that there was a bar even though we didn’t use it. Parking filled up quick, but there is a spot for hotel overflow parking and that isn’t even far lol. For the price we paid it was worth it. We already want to go back and stay there. We also got early check in which was great!

My family and I stayed here for a whole week, so I feel like we got to know this hotel pretty well. Pros: - Free breakfast every morning - Very friendly staff - The room, the king suite was nice because it offered a separate space for our toddler to sleep (the hotel provided a pack n play) - Location, close to Disneyland but not so close that you are surrounded by traffic and noise. We didn’t use it but they offered a free shuttle service for guests to and from Disney! - The indoor and outdoor pool areas were very clean and nice Cons: - In the dining area, there were only two high chairs and neither of them had functioning seat belts which is a major safety hazard. I mentioned something to staff when I was there so hopefully this is resolved quickly as I would hate for something to happen to a child who couldn’t be properly buckled in to a high chair. Also for a family friendly hotel I would recommend having more than two high chairs. - There is an employee who walks around the dining area every morning and every evening trying to sell gifts/packages to Hilton members. While this is nice, they do not remember who they have already spoken to so when we had already declined the offer they kept returning to us day after day to offer again as if we had never spoken. I understand what they’re trying to do but being interrupted at every meal is not super ideal. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel! I had never stayed at an Embassy Suites before, but I will definitely be looking for them for future travels!

The king suite room size is nice (though much smaller than the pictures appear), but not worth all the other issues. -Carpet was stained red in multiple spots & dirty/ full of debris— I was going around picking food and trash scraps off the floor when we first got there so our baby wouldn’t eat something off the floor. -Room had not been cleaned well at all— dust and grime on multiple surfaces, hair in the tub, etc. -Chipped paint and heavily scuffed doors and floor boards, rusty pieces of metal around the toilet/shower, mold spots on the wall, peeling wallpaper, random holes in the wall, etc— really run down and very clear there is little-to-no effort in maintaining a very basic quality to the room. -The AC was terrible. We had it set to 60 all day and it barely hit 70 degrees (we had a baby monitor with a thermostat). It was muggy constantly and the AC did not blow into the bedroom, which made sleeping difficult. We considered reporting these issues and asking to change rooms, but honestly did not think this was a “one room” issue— it seems like more of a lack of standards overall and the hassle of changing rooms did not seem worth it. Plus, I was worried the next room could be worse. Do not stay here if you want to be able to relax in a clean room. Definitely not what we’d expect from a “Hilton” hotel.
