I recently stayed at Embassy Suites and wanted to share my thoughts and experiences. Overall, my stay had its ups and downs. Firstly, the room air conditioner seemed to have some issues. It would cut out and in, leading to moments of higher humidity and less cooling. However, the maintenance man was prompt in addressing the issue and managed to improve its performance. Despite the improvement, there were still occasional instances of inadequate cooling. One thing to note is that this hotel seems to be a popular choice for families with kids. If you prefer a quieter environment, the constant presence of energetic children running around might be a drawback for you. On the other hand, if you're visiting Disney, the hotel's proximity to the park could be a major advantage. The complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel was average at best. While it provided a convenient option to start the day, the lack of variety became noticeable over time. It would be nice to see some changes or additions to the menu to keep it fresh and interesting. I must commend the staff for their exceptional service throughout my stay. They were consistently friendly and helpful, making me feel well-cared for during my time at the hotel. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to the room decor and amenities. Some upgrades would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests. Additionally, the food offered in the hotel restaurant could benefit from some improvements as well.

The location was great. The lobby was clean and modern, but that was about it. Now the bad things: the bar and bathroom plumbing leaks. The water seeps out of the shower and on to the bedroom carpet. The faucet in my bar has no hot water. The AC in my room broke the day before my departure. Luckily, the weather outside was great and I managed to open the balcony door to circulate the air in the room. The breakfast was horrible - the two chefs were not organized and kept screwing up everyone's order. The other breakfast items were below average. The pastries were stale, the sausage did not taste normal. The juices were the best thing during breakfast. The parking is horrible. We pay $29 per night and the parking lot is always full. This is the second time I have stayed here, and I will not bother to stay here again.

After checking in late with my wife and 3 kids, we unpacked and went straight to bed. My 11 year old daughter freaked out as the bed was wet under the covers, and it went through to the mattress. The drawers were full of crumbs as well. See pics. At first I thought it was going to be ok as our room did have a view of disney fireworks. When I called the front desk, they told me that they would move me to another room, 2 floors up and the other side of the building. I had no choice as it was late, we were tired and who knows what was in that bed... We moved to the new room with a view of the freeway along with the noise from it all night long for 4 nights. They charge $29 per day for parking as well. When I went to the front desk to ask about the advertised transportation to Disney, I was pointed to the bus stop and told to download the city's bus app... Not what I would have thought to expect... After paying the $30 fee for all of us to take the BUS..., we found it to be about 30 minutes behind schedule both to and from the park. Not to mention the atmosphere on an LA city bus with my kids. It's definitely not the safest feeling. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk staff, and they were not concerned, nor did they offer to do anything to address the situation of being moved to the other room. The only reason for 2 stars rather than 1 is that the breakfast was great and the head chef was very nice. I chose the Hilton brand for quality, and this was an epic failure to deliver. Will not be returning.

I travel frequently for work and have stayed here a few times. Overall the hotel is nice but the rooms could use some updating and basic maintenance. Always check your room before unpacking to make it easier to move rooms if you need to. The room I had this last time had a big wet spot in the carpet which was from the AC leaking. I didn’t notice until after I had already settled in and stepped in it. Called the desk and they sent maintenance up. I was offered to move but declined as I had already unpacked and liked the location of the room. Some things that also needed attention were in the bathroom. This was a handicap accessible room but had a tub. Usually they have walk in showers. Check if you need this accommodation. Also, the shower leaked and I had to turn the know to the extreme to make it stop leaking. A handicap person would likely have difficulty turning it on. Seems like there is just a lack of general maintenance. On another note, the breakfast is good with lots of options as Embassy Suites are known for. There is a Manager’s reception nightly with snacks and drinks. I had a Tavern Burger from the restaurant and it was excellent. I will likely stay here again when in Anaheim but I will make sure to check my room before unpacking.

I’ve stay here for 3 weeks. Back to Back. Don’t get me wrong service amazing from staff. I would say though a few things about the cleanliness very off as well as the quality of the rooms . Rooms not clean throughout . I do understand housekeeping has a certain amount of time but I do wish you guys give them more so they can complete better cleaning. Trash put out everywhere nobody to clean up for days . Carpets full of food and other debris. Heads up Water extremely hard and comes out cloudy from sinks . Some rooms ac do not work well . You can hear everything in the hotel even people closing doors and talkin through the walls . My second week I heard many kids from the lobby echoing up to my floor . Other concerning things like the condition of the doors two of my rooms looked like they were broken into because they would not close all the way at the bottom which was odd to me of the location of damage. Last day here I was so read to head to work at that point so I could go back to my home city around 1 am ish the fire alarm sound went off jumping me out my sleep when looking out my room I noticed not a lot of people came out. Just the few on my floor and the one under it . Us confused we wanted for the noise to go away . This was very concerning being that the hotel did have a lot of young kids visiting for events I just found it odd out of all of the days this happened now . Other then that I would recommend staying else where to avoid these things or recommend hotel just resurrecting everything providing more comfort and privacy and peace to guests. Like I said staff are wonderful but I did not find comfort in having this be a home way from home
