This hotel was very convenient right near Disneyland only a 10 minute drive also the complementary breakfast was excellent had a variety of options bacon eggs, omelette, bar, French toast, pancakes, sausage, and other items. The customer service from the representatives when you checked in was excellent as well as the bar they had on site had complementary drinks during a certain time and the bartender was very nice and had great customer service. I will definitely be visiting again and will be staying at this hotel highly recommend. And before my arrival, the representative text me to ensure that my room was ready and had text message available if I needed towels or anything else when I was not in my room

We will not be returning to this hotel. The noise level was unacceptable; the guests in the room above us were excessively loud, making stomping noises for hours. We attempted to call the front desk after 9 PM to report the issue, but I was put on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered. I explained the disruptive noises from the room above, and I was assured that it would be addressed, but this was not the case.
Thirty minutes later, the same loud noises persisted, and I found myself on hold again for another 10 minutes until Edwin finally picked up. He promised to take care of the situation, but it took another 20 minutes for the stomping and banging to stop. By that time, we were so irritated and exhausted that it was nearly impossible to relax or get any sleep.
When we checked out, the female attendant didn’t even bother to ask how our stay was. This lack of concern made it clear that customer care is not a priority at this hotel. I absolutely do not recommend this place and am thoroughly disappointed in the service provided by Hilton nowadays.

What a beautiful hotel! We only stayed 2 days, so didn't get to fully enjoy the amenities, but really enjoyed the hotel! The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean. The staff were super friendly as well. Would stay there again.

Very nice place to stay breakfast was good atmosphere was great i had a beautiful view out the window.
2/15/2015, we returned back. The workers are so nice . They go far and beyond to help you.

Horrible experience. Room and hotel were filthy. Housekeeping didn't even empty trash.
Arrived at hotel at 2:00 and was told that room was "being cleaned" and would be ready at 4:00. Came back at 4:00, room not cleaned. Told they were waiting on housekeeping. We wound up waiting until 7:30 to get into our room.
Later heard the same front desk manager tell another family the same lie and make the same excuse.
Very poorly managed property.
