My family and I stayed here for a whole week, so I feel like we got to know this hotel pretty well.
Pros:
- Free breakfast every morning
- Very friendly staff
- The room, the king suite was nice because it offered a separate space for our toddler to sleep (the hotel provided a pack n play)
- Location, close to Disneyland but not so close that you are surrounded by traffic and noise. We didn’t use it but they offered a free shuttle service for guests to and from Disney!
- The indoor and outdoor pool areas were very clean and nice
Cons:
- In the dining area, there were only two high chairs and neither of them had functioning seat belts which is a major safety hazard. I mentioned something to staff when I was there so hopefully this is resolved quickly as I would hate for something to happen to a child who couldn’t be properly buckled in to a high chair. Also for a family friendly hotel I would recommend having more than two high chairs.
- There is an employee who walks around the dining area every morning and every evening trying to sell gifts/packages to Hilton members. While this is nice, they do not remember who they have already spoken to so when we had already declined the offer they kept returning to us day after day to offer again as if we had never spoken. I understand what they’re trying to do but being interrupted at every meal is not super ideal.
Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel! I had never stayed at an Embassy Suites before, but I will definitely be looking for them for future travels!

Very nice hotel. It is very clean and the staff is great. The rooms are spacious as well. Google maps has no idea how to guide you here, but that's not fault to the hotel. The bar is convenient and the food is very good. The bartender is the man and made the experience so much better. Easily would recommend staying here in the future.

Super clean
Good breakfast.
Coffe was ok. I liked that they had different options for drinks along with different items for breakfast. Pancakes or toast. And you can make your own omlete if you would like. Will be staying at hilton again. I liked the atmosphere

I don't like write bad reviews but i have to write for this hotel. I have requested two times extra towels, shower gel and shampoo. I did request first one on the phone and other one i walked front desk and told front desk clerk [i wish they have ticketing system to track request]. No towel came and i have to share the same towel with my family. Location is good but windows isolation bad so we can hear highway traffic. Front desk people professional but definitely not friendly. Only very friendly and helpful was valet staff, even though we did not use valet , he had welcoming smile and provided us cart that we can carry our luggages.

There is no sidewalk access to the shuttle for Disneyland—you either have to walk in the street or cut through the grass, which isn’t ideal, especially with kids. Redeeming the bus passes was frustrating and took multiple tries to figure out. The hotel staff weren’t particularly helpful with this process; they just handed us a flyer.
Self-parking costs $29 per night, which feels excessive and should really be included in the room rate. The rooms themselves are dated, with features like popcorn ceilings. Breakfast was decent but very crowded. While we were eating, a pushy salesperson approached and tried to sell us Hilton rewards points for several hundred dollars—not exactly the relaxing experience we were hoping for.
Overall, the hotel was okay, but I expected a more family-friendly and convenient experience, especially for guests visiting Disneyland.
