Perfect location to visit outlet malls, convention center, and Disneyland. The daily cookies 🍪 were the best. I didn't have the best bar service while there but two separate conventions were taking place. Also, while the room and bed was comfy..the constant fire or ems sirens 🚨 was deeply distracting at bedtime. This is a wear ear plugs hotel for sure.
I would choose to stay near or here again because when I raised concerns about going into night 3 and no housekeeping, they sent someone right away. That was a big bonus moment

We stayed here two nights for Disneyland and had a great experience! Rooms were clean and the AC worked great! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a great price. We got some delicious cookies when we checked in so the kiddos appreciated that:)

There was an exceptional front desk worker who helped us a lot. Kayla was intentive and kind and willing to work with us. The hotel was in a great location because it was near a lot of restaurants and shopping and close to main attractions. The rooms were very clean. The only thing I wish it had was a safe in the hotel room.

Buddy was getting married at this hotel. Plenty of places nearby for food and fun. Was a bit shocked at check in that required a fee for any early check in prior to 3 or 4 pm. Coming in from the east coast, made me wait for 2 hours. Room was ready but if I wanted to check n early, I had to pay 25 bucks. Bad call management. And the restaurant wasn’t opened while I waited. Sucks

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. I had a great night sleep. The cleaning staff did an amazing job and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. My only problem was one night I had hurt my knee and needed some help getting either an ice pack or something to help with the swelling while I waited for DoorDash to bring me a brace. The front desk was unable to help me and said they had nothing that they could use for an ice pack in addition I needed them to reset my door key because it was not working. Before I could ask about the door the person helping me, Tony, took a call from a room while I was standing there and so I waited and then he took another call. It was very rude, he completely ignored me and made me feel very much like an inconvenience, which hardly feels like a Hilton Hotel, it really ruined my experience, and I finally found someone else to help me.
The location is also right next to a hospital, so be prepared to hear several sirens during the stay.
