HUGE shoutout to Brenda for taking such wonderful care of me and my boyfriend when we checked in for his birthday weekend! The experience was absolutely amazing, with top-tier customer service from start to finish. The rooms are very spacious, extremely clean, and the hotel is only about 8 minutes from Disneyland. The pool and spa are beautiful and well maintained.
This is my 4th time staying at this hotel and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room wasn't cleaned. The bathroom still had hair and dirt it in. The toilet cover was glued together from a previous break. Signs of water damage in on the ceiling of the room. I was charged twice for reservation and the staff was polite during the refund process. Sergio in valet was the nicest of all staff. I ordered room service (burger and fries) and later that night I woke up in excruciating pain. Vomiting and diarrhea for 12 hours. I got food poisoning for $23 lucky me

Please do yourself a favor and save your family co workers staff etc from this horrific hotel. I cannot understand how this property is a Hilton. We had an absolutely horrific experience. I dont even know where to begin. They dont clean your rooms. Only on request. The room was allegedly renovated and yet everything was old and dirty. I had to clean as soon as i got in. Dust covered everything. Mold and rust in the bathrooms. Gross stains on furniture and carpets. Pillows that smelt like musk and sweat. Horribly uncomfortable beds. One of our double beds was not level and i kept almost rolling off the bed. The pillows consist of nothing and had no filling or support. We ran out of towels toilet paper and tissues from the room being neglected and the staff shrugged it off and could care less. They said theyre understaffed. This place is horrible.. in every way. I feel so grossed out I cant wait to go home and shower and disinfect everything. Run.

Stayed Friday through Monday and the hotel and staff INSIDE were amazing. Sadly valet gave my car back Friday night when I was heading to dinner with a flat tire. And when we told Valet they kind of were trying gaslighting my husband and I that it’s our fault. So the supervisor was supposed to be there to talk to us and every time we went to ask for him he somehow wasn’t there. Hopefully they contact us I wish they handled this matter while I was staying there and not brushing us off.

If you’ve ever wondered what it might be like to sleep in the middle of a highway, this is the hotel for you. Currently attempting to sleep on the 16th floor, but it is so loud between regular street noise and sirens for the hospital next door that it is clear not much sleep will be happening tonight.
Also, double sheeting rather than a duvet cover in a 4 star hotel is a travesty. The scratchy sheets and extra hard bed are just icing on the top of a very disappointing cake.
2 stars because the room is generally very clean. I just wish this clean room was anywhere but here so I could sleep in peace.
Lastly, parking is terrible. The gate was broken when we arrived at 8pm, but luckily someone came over, let us in, and we were able to find a spot. But my sister arrived at 10pm and there was no parking and apparently no valet available either. Even though we pre-paid for parking! She ended up driving back to LA since there was no where for her to park. Completely ridiculous to have the option to pay for parking and not have enough spots for all the guests.
