Check was quick and the reception team were very friendly and great throughout the whole stay. If you sign up for Hilton Honors it makes check a lot quicker. We also got a discount on parking as were there for 7 days. Parking was next to the main entrance and we didn’t have any problems finding a space through the stay. Around the hotel was better than I expected. The outlets were a few minutes walking away with a lot of restaurants. And 5 minutes drive away is a target and other restaurant options.
We had a deluxe room and were given a 7th floor room facing Disneyland and the nightly fireworks show. And although we overlooked Chapman Ave the traffic and although we could hear it but wasn’t a problem and didn’t disturb or wake us. The room itself was good with plenty of space and there was an empty fridge to use, and a safe deposit box. The décor looked fairly fresh with no issues in the room and the beds and bedding were VERY comfortable. For 7 nights that’s what we needed and they didn’t disappoint. Room cleaning was optional but we opted for daily and we didn’t have any problems. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower over a bath and I prefer a walk in shower but that’s just personal preference and not a big deal. We used the pool a few times, there were always sunbeds and fresh towels available and it was just about warm enough in April. The hot tub was very warm though and the pool area wasn’t very busy while we were there. The terrace around the pool and bar was awesome though. A really nice space before or after going out in the evening with outside seating and heating. The bar was a nice area, really good service and good space for a couple of hours relaxing.
We had a surprise from Seth and the reception team as it was my birthday while there and they left a cake/card and decorations which was amazing and personally congratulated me so I can’t thank them enough for that.
So we’ll definitely rebook if back in the city. Despite some of the negatives in other reviews (parking, cleanliness, beds) I didn’t agree with any of them and I can’t think of any negatives but plenty of positives in this hotel.

I am so happy that I came across this hotel!! I had a not so good experience at the previous one that I was at and when I tell you... The Fera was the icing on the cake for my trip... It most definitely was!! Upon walking into the hotel, it was beautiful wall to wall and very well lit. Fernando was the guest agent that helped me and he was so pleasant and patient! He made sure I was well taken care of with a good view of the entertainment district. Those warm cookies he gave after check in touched my soul!! The hotel is very clean, the beds were comfy, and the water stayed hot! The $28 dollar parking is a low amount for the area because else where you will be looking at around $60 on average per night. I'm thankful for my experience here and I highly recommend you to stay when you're in the area.

Overall I had a great experience. The rooms were spacious and clean. Alex in valet offered to bring our luggage to our room which was very much appreciated. Check in was easy and no issues during our stay. Plus it's a short drive to Disneyland!

Had breakfast, I had Chile Verde chilaciles and cheesecake filed waffles..wow, my food soul was so happy. So if you ever say here @ the Fera Hotel Anaheim, come try the breakfast.. your food soul will be happy. God bless everyone

We stayed one night before heading into Disneyland. Every single person working was friendly and polite.
There were no stuffy attitudes.
The fan that's part of the heating and cooling can be set to run all night.
The room was large, beds and chairs comfortable. A groovy coffee shop in the lobby. Also a bar and a restaurant that makes hearty food that tastes good.
