Months ago, my wife dropped in there because she was craving a donut and I wasn't done at CostLess. After watching an employee drop a donut on the floor, then pick it and put it back in the window, she left and told me about it. I haven't gone in there since, because if they're willing to do that, then obviously their care of food service is sub-par. To me though, not really worth a review, just pass for us. Today made me sit to write this review. At CostLess, daughter with me and she was starving. Said she was going to go in there and grab a sandwich. I reminded her that's the place that will serve a floor donut, she said she was too hungry to care (I hadn't yet read all the reviews here about moldy muffins, spoiled meat etc), so in she went. After a snafu with her machine not accepting Apple Pay and needing my actual card, she went back in to pay for the sandwich and Thai Tea they were making for her. There were two ladies behind the counter, one young and very nice, one older and not nice at all. I'm assuming she's the owner based on how this went. My daughter asked for light ice in her Thai Tea, which is normal for us. Light ice means 1. it won't be so super cold on a 60 degree day, and 2. it can last a couple hours without getting too watered down to drink. The young girl making it said sure no problem light ice. And was making it that way...just a bit of ice in the bottom. The older lady (owner?) sees what she is doing and really shrill goes, "what you doing? You put full ice!" Grabbed the ice scoop and filled ice to the top. My daughter stepped up to the counter and said she had requested that. Owner lady said, "You want no ice you pay dollar!" My daughter: "wait, what? If I don't want ice it's another dollar?" Owner lady: "You get like picture! Ice in picture! You no want ice you pay dollar!' At this point my daughter would have walked out except she'd already paid for everything. And sure enough, she came out with a Thai Tea like I've never seen her order or receive anywhere, jammed to the top with ice. Before I wrote this, I took a second to read many other reviews of this place, and they all read similar for customer service, but worse, someone with a days-old muffin with mold that was refused a refund or new one, people getting bad meat in sandwiches or spoiled spread etc. If I can figure out how to get an inspection to this place, I'm about to do that too. This place is more than just rude and cheap, that's dangerous! DON'T GO HERE. There are many other choices not far away. For what it's worth, our favorite place for great sandwiches, donuts, and service, is a little donut place across from the Goodwill Boutique in Tustin on 1st street. I'd rather go a bit out of our way for the service and great food. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Horrible everything.

My son would not eat them. We all tasted and agreed. Just did not like them. Went next door to Brot and had delicious cinnamon bread instead. There are two young children here eating the donuts and they don’t see to mind them so I gave an extra star.

I just went this morning and bought a blue berry muffin, I was shocked how careless they're about their stuff, on the first bite a felt the bad flavor, I called right away and this lady told me that I was wrong ,but should I be wrong with this?

Donuts are delicious desserts/snacks. I purchased donuts from an American grocery store that were not fresh. However, there is a shop dedicated solely to donuts where they are made fresh every day. They are very fresh and delicious. Additionally, they are cheaper compared to other stores. My kids really love this snack. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys cake-like snacks to try it from this shop at least once.

Terrible customer service always has attitude and my friend was given a sandwich with clearly old lettuce and tasted wrong and my sandwich they added mayo which I didn't ask for looked clear and disgusting and on a previous visit we came by the donuts had tasted like they mixed in the old ones the previous day do not recommend ):
