But I was able to give this hotel zero stars I would. I asked to check in early was told that for checking in two hours early and I have to pay $40 3 o’clock with check in by 445. The room is still being cleaned and I was not able to use the room, let alone have any type of Internet service the Internet was down. My card wasn’t working to get into the room. I looked out my window and a homeless man was taking a dump. I called for a late check out I was told no, and the lady was knocking at my door. Telling me that I needed to get out and get off of the property and then she yelled at me some more in a different language. I must say the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and you don’t get what you pay for.

A nice little hotel, we stayed for about a week while working at the university. Great, comfortable bed, large room, very nice bathroom. The breakfast is also very good, with coffee made fresh with individual pods. Overall, a nice, quiet place to call home away from home.

Stayed 3 separate nights for an emergency. The best value for a QUIET night sleep, clean older rooms, no loud music, no parking lot sales, no smoking infront of every room door, no strangers by your car all night. Laundry washer & dryer, breakfast, microwave, 7-11 across the street. You can't get this clean and quiet for emergency. It does the job fine, as for more towels who cares. If you'd like to pick the tile to match the air freshener and the caulking go 3-4 miles closer to Disneyland and pay $200.00 and pick the napkins. If you travel enough, safe parking lot is the best start in big cities. How perfect is your car and your garage 😅

Checked in a little before 3 which was nice of the woman at the front desk. Went up to our room on the third floor and door was really hard to open like it was jammed. A housekeeper came over and used her key then actually shoulder checked the door to get it open. Room seemed okay so we moved our stuff in, had some lunch and left to go to Disneyland. We returned to the hotel at 9pm and the AC would not kick on, it was only blowing room temperature air. This was not good in 100 degree weather. We then discovered bugs crawling around the bathroom so we promptly took video. Having my 5 year old and 1 year old with us prompted us to leave. The place was noisy, bugs in the room, and AC not working. I went downstairs to talk to the gentleman at the front desk and I explained the situation and said we do not want to stay the night, we would like at least a partial refund and my deposit back. He stayed we had already stayed at the room for 6 hours so no refund. I explained we were there for less than an hour and upon return we noticed bugs and the AC had stopped working. He was incredibly rude and when I asked for my deposit back he threw my ID back into the window slot and acted like he was offended. He refused to listen and would not even watch the video of bugs crawling around their room. Would not recommend, corners are definitely cut here. Definitely not what you want to come back to after being at Disney and wanting to relax.

I do appreciate the manager offering an old beat-up hair dryer for me to use when the one in the room wouldn't work. And for trying unsuccessfully to fix the elevator when it broke. And daily maid service in this day when most hotels have used the Covid excuse to stop providing daily maid service. But those things don't make up for the fact that this Days Inn is a dump. The room was smelly and old with years of dirt in the cracks and crevices, an AC unit that only barely worked after lots of turning it on and off and trying different settings every time I wanted to use it, a hair dryer that looked 40 years old and only worked on the high setting but blew very little air, a broken elevator making it really hard to maneuver for someone with back problems, people just hanging out in the parking lot because they had no place to go, and an embarrassing notion of "free breakfast." I stayed there because I had someone in the CHOC hospital and I needed to be close. But I'll accept the drive to a less cringe-worthy hotel if I ever have to stay around there in the future. I'm not sure I'll risk another Days Inn in the future.
