Arrived and signed in at 11 for a physical, TB test, and drug screening. The process took more than two hours. Patients sat waiting 10 to 20 minutes between every step while nurses stood in hallways chatting loudly, laughing, giggling, chewing gum, and walking around casually.
Front desk staff called me “honey” instead of speaking professionally. When nurses approached patients, there was NO “hello,” “good morning,” or “how are you”, “can you please move your hand over there”…. It was simply “do this, do this, do this.”
The clinic has warning signs posted everywhere about “aggressive behavior,” calling police, and notifying employers, yet patients are spoken to and treated without basic professionalism or patience. Patients are expected to wait long period of time quietly, while staff talk loudly outside, not even wait one or two minutes for patients. Pic you can see the displays, also with “treated right”.
After the TB test, my arm was bleeding slightly, did not form the bump, and the nurse just simply walked out without giving gauze, a bandage, or the instructions about the return appointment. I had to go back and ask myself, and even then the paperwork was unclear and no weekend location was highlighted. They simply printed out locations paper and handed it to you, without any instruction or caring about if you are going to make it or not.
This place needs serious review of professionalism and patient treatment standards.

The eye testing machine lenses were smudged as is someone tried to clean them. Also the machine shut itself off at least a dozen times during my test. It appears to have a short in it. The attendant did clean the lenses enough for me to complete the test. But we’re not perfectly clean as I believe they should be in order to give the user a true test of their eyesight. I believe your company should be maintaining this equipment and replace as needed..
The attendants at this location were very nice and professional.

Was sent here for a possible work related injury. Didn't have an appointment and still didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. The staff was very informative and professional. The doctor took his time and made sure I understood what the possibilities were. Scheduled a follow-up appointment and gave me medication before I left so I didn't have to go to a pharmacy. I will absolutely utilize this facility again.

Went in For TB test/ result. Agent saw my arm and “omg you’re positive, you are 3 mins early. Take a seat.” Our load so everyone who was there could hear it. There were other people in waiting area. 9 mins later after sitting there with others in room thinking man…. She should have given me a mask or I should step outside at least. Nope. Comes back checks arm in the wait area. “ your negative.”again my name was called out so others could hear…. 9 minutes of thinking I’m infecting the people here. That was the longest 9 minutes thus far.
