Went in For TB test/ result. Agent saw my arm and “omg you’re positive, you are 3 mins early. Take a seat.” Our load so everyone who was there could hear it. There were other people in waiting area. 9 mins later after sitting there with others in room thinking man…. She should have given me a mask or I should step outside at least. Nope. Comes back checks arm in the wait area. “ your negative.”again my name was called out so others could hear…. 9 minutes of thinking I’m infecting the people here. That was the longest 9 minutes thus far.

I visited for a TB Test. It was very quick and easy. It was very busy when I arrived on a Monday morning but I was taken back fairly quickly. When I went back on Wednesday afternoon it was nearly empty so I was seen immediately. Everyone was very friendly.

This is not a proper urgent care.
Our insurance shows it in network with a $35 copay.
Once getting there was told the copay would be $325. When asked why we were told that it's a workers comp doctor.
We left the facility and on the way out someone overhead us talking about the copay. They then told us that they are leaving too because they were told they'd have a $150 capay.
We have used other urgent care facilities and have never encountered anything like this.
Avoid this place if you can.

All of the Concentra staff are kind, professional and knowledgeable. I trust Dr Mattar in Orange and Dr Rivera in Santa Ana. They have patience and empathy while answering my questions and concerns. They guide me to the best treatment. I highly recommend these Doctors and staff.

Waited 1 hour and a half in the waiting room. I informed I was going to different concentra because the doctor told me he was busy. MD/physician did a comment that some one was bleeding in a room. :/
