Quite a wait but I loved the service.
As we waited in the waiting room area Toy Story was on, treated with great customer service, were handed coloring sheets (super Mario) and crayons 🖍️ & got updated with wait time multiple times via text .
As we waited in the room for the doctor to come in . We watched another movie in the room comfortable space, clean and sanitized!

Very nice urgent care with new waiting room a TV playing nice movies for children to get entertained while waiting. They improved the check-in process - it is a self checkin with barcode done in the lobby and then they send you a text message with approximate wait time. They also call you afterwards for verification and confirmation of your appointment. We have come here many times. Some doctors do not always get it right here but overall it is good.

Still shocks me how bad the experience was here, not once not twice not even 3 times they tired putting an IV on my brother, missing everytime causing them to repeatedly poke my brother with needles on his hand and inner elbow. It didn't seem like a single one of them knew what they were doing but their doctors, professional, of course they knew what they were doing. Which is why I'm so confused on why my brother had to be repeatedly poked by needles. So if your looking for a place with great service that will try and make your child's stay there as smooth as possible, probably shouldn't be this one. Especially if your kid has autism, they made it clear they aren't able to handle kids with autism yet, at least that was shown at our stay here.

horrible place. our visit took 4-5 hours, I had paid $40 in the urgent care then I got a bill for $195.95. my insurance shows that my part should be $195.95, when I called CHOC for clarification they told me the initial $40 is facility charges (I don't know what this mean). so for their horrible service I have to pay $235.95, my daughter had cold

Positives:
- Doctors are very thorough with questions and attempting to find a solution to the issue.
-Very organized
-Clean
- quiet
Negatives:
Kiosk check in is wonky
- we can in about 830pm on a Tuesday night. There was no security person at the front desk. However, a QR code was available to check in, but... It didn't work and link stated the queue was closed. After speaking with a person on the speaker, we were told if we wanted to get in the queue to wait for it to come back up in about 30-60 mins. We don't got in about 10pm and wait in the lobby for another 45-60 min to finally see someone.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING INTO THE QUEUE BEFORE HEADING OUT TO THE OFFICE TO SAVE TIME.
I would come again and recommend this place.
