From start to finish I was blown away by the service at CHOC. We were transferred in from St. Francis hospital. The nurses and doctors were so attentive and kept us up to speed on everything. We had so much confidence that our son would be taken cared of. We were so confident that we rested couple days at home because the nurses took care of our son like it was their own child. Dr Sinha gave me a drawing of what is going on and what surgical procedure they were going to operate. I had such confidence in the doctors to do the job. My son was carefully monitored and taken cared of. We were at CHOC for a time period of about 3 weeks. Was impressed by the security as well. They were very observant and they made sure no unnecessary visitors would go through. Thank you so much to everyone at CHOC! Keep up the great work!

Today, we checked in with the CHOC in LaVeta to see if there have been any improvements in how they interact with patients. To be honest, there have been positive changes. The staff is more courteous with patients, and the waiting time for consultation has been reduced.
The nurse on that day is super nice and patient. 10 stars for her. Doctors did a great job of checking on patient.
However, after 10 days on antibiotics, my child's teeth have turned yellow. I wish the doctors had informed parents about these side effects and provided advice on how to minimize the harmful effects of antibiotics.

From the moment we walked into the Emergency Room to the moment we left our son had the best care! The triage nurse really stood out to us, engaging in conversation with our son. He lifted up ours dons spirits. His name is Edgar or Eddie. A very nice gentleman. With a wonderful bedside manner.
The ER staff at Choc hospital is amazing!

I'm from the San Fernando valley My son was rushed at choc hospital for his emergency heart surgery in January 2023 day after I gave birth to him wonderful doctors and nurses. Tonight I had a concern about my oldest daughter so decided to call the choc 24/7 nurse line Yvette was just so helpful and wonderful! If I had lived closer I would definitely take them to choc hospital

The few times I have taken my son to choc the care is the same. The lobby team is always the most helpful and friendly. Once you are in the nurses are rude and not helpful at all. The doctor from his last visit was not helpful and asked me to comunĂcate to his primary doctor.
