Super clean room! Amazing friendly staff. This is the first motel I have been to that they also always answer the phone. Absolutely enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again.

Room is clean, has chairs, mini fridge, nice size bathtub and shower. Nice size room with 2 beds and NO smoking. TV in room along with phone, and A/C. Cool thing is that all the rooms have shutters instead of drapes.

I am handicapped and asked if he had a 1st floor room available. He said yes but I have to come in person. So I drove 30 minutes. I get there and he looks at me and says he will not give it to me unless I pay $110 instead of the $70 online rate. There is a special place in hell for people who try to scam handicapped people for profit. Will be reporting you to the better business bureau.

Unfortunately, it's the worse room I have ever had. No more low cost motel/hotels for me.
I strongly recommend everyone to stay away.
I didn't even shower because it look disgusting. I waited until I got home to shower.

Quite a pleasant little motel, in fact. Plenty of parking for those who have reserved a room, and the proprietors are kind. The room was clean, and the bed decently comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. Basic and serves its purpose. It lets you sleep calmly.
Wheelchair accessible. No lift.
Convenient location to Old Town Orange, and some really good Mexican food.
