This place was convenient and the price was decent. It only took us 12 minutes to get to disneyland via van and the breakfast here was top notch. I had the most yummy waffles and eggs with hot bacon. The swimming pool was clean and the hot tub was really hot which was a plus. Overall , I will definitely use a place again.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Meridian Inn & Suites, Anaheim-Orange for the first time and couldn’t have been more pleased. Originally, we booked just two nights with plans to move closer to Disneyland for the remainder of our trip — but after experiencing the hotel firsthand, extending our stay for five more nights was an easy decision. Traveling with family, comfort and convenience are key, and this hotel delivered on all fronts. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet — perfect for relaxing after busy days. The front desk staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start our mornings, and the kids especially loved the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Free parking was a huge plus and made coming and going stress-free. Location-wise, this hotel was perfect for us. It’s a short drive to Disneyland, close to major freeways, and just minutes from restaurants and stores — including In-N-Out, which made for some fun late-night stops. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt truly taken care of during our stay. I highly recommend the Best Western Plus Meridian Inn & Suites to anyone visiting the Anaheim-Orange area. We’ll definitely be returning!

I'll say it's a unique hotel. It's a motel that has the outward facing rooms sealed off with brick and glass and the interior rooms open to the atrium, where the pool & hot tub are located. We booked mainly for the size of the room (2Q with full kitchen). You can't compare it to a newer Hampton Inn or Marriott but it met my needs completely. There are 4 of us (me, wife & 2 teenagers). I really liked the full fridge & range. And the air conditioning was excellent (Room 221) and held @ 64deg while it was in the high 90s outside. Breakfast (6:30 - 9:30) was excellent. There is an outlet mall a very short walking distance & the theme parks are less than a 30 min drive I had to call for maintenance a few times for small issues (sink drain & shower supplies broke). I would have liked more shelving and/or hooks (kitchen area, bathroom closet & shower/toilet). I found it difficult to place/store/dry items for our 5 night stay. Our queen beds were not uncomfortable but, if they were pillow top mattresses, I believe our sleep would have been better. That being said, I would stay here again.

The family and I came down to California for a Disneyland trip and we decided to stay at this Best western plus. First thing we noticed the room was so dirty and smelled funny. Many things were broken and looks like housekeeping didn’t put any effort to clean the room right. My son kept finding crumbs and hair ties and tags etc. The worse part of this room is when we were almost about to call it a night we notice a leak in the bathroom ceiling. I immediately went up to the front desk and told them we did not want to stay in that room. I had already complained once about the room, not being clean enough, and after this we had had enough and told the front desk person that we wanted a new room. He almost didn’t want to give us a new room because they were all booked. I was like I either want my money back or you give me a new room. This is not acceptable. After that he switch us to a new room and offer us a 10% for night but honestly, I feel like we should have been offered a few nights for free. Do not recommend this place at all!

I would strongly advise against staying here if safety, convenience, privacy, and access to basic amenities are important to you. From the moment we arrived, our experience was frustrating and disappointing. The west entrance, which was supposed to be secured by a key card, was completely broken. Despite our efforts to close it multiple times, the door remained wide open every time we passed—rendering the key card system useless. Even staff members left it propped open. This blatant disregard for guest safety was extremely concerning. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the advertised shuttle service to Disneyland. What they don’t tell you is that it runs through ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation), which can take 45 minutes to over an hour to get to or from the park—a destination that's less than 10 minutes away by car. After one frustrating experience, we were forced to rely on Uber for the rest of our trip. This completely undermined the convenience we were promised and added unnecessary stress to our stay. Privacy was another major issue. We paid extra for a late checkout so we could rest before a long drive. Despite this, housekeeping tried to enter our room twice—once at 9:30 AM (waking us up), and again while we were changing. If we hadn’t used the security latch, they would have walked right in. We did not request room service and paid for extra time specifically to be left alone. This was a blatant disregard for our privacy and completely unacceptable. Even basic amenities were lacking. After a long day at the park, we requested towels from the front desk to shower and were told they had none available until morning. When we returned at 7 AM, we were informed that housekeeping wouldn’t arrive until 9 AM and towels wouldn’t be available until 10 AM—far too late for us, as we had plans to be at Disney early. In summary, this stay was riddled with inconvenience, a lack of concern for guest safety, poor communication, and unacceptable service. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to anyone
