Stayed here last year and was pleasantly happy with my stay, so I decided to book again for this years trip May 1st - May 5th. My experience was quite literally the opposite this time around. Upon arrival I was greeted by welcoming staff at the front desk and check in was a breeze. We walked to our room with all of our belongings and opened the door and was greeted by slept in sheets and an unclean room…. With a wheelchair inside??. This was upsetting, when we went to the front desk lugging all of our things once again, one of the employees asked “it wasn’t cleaned?” “I’ll go check.” As if we would lie. We did not receive an apology. After some time we got our room switched and this room although looked like someone made it presentable did not feel 100% clean either, maybe better vacuuming or even lint rolling the bed could have been done. I was already uncomfortable with walking into the first room that I was not going to cause a scene and just accepted the room as it was. This is not to mention that throughout our trip we had trouble with our key cards at our room and on the entrance doors along the building. We had to get them fixed at the front desk. Also, room service surely vacuumed rooms next to ours as the noise lasted forever and banging on the walls happened on more than one day of our trip, they just so happened to skip ours. Very disappointed this time around.

10/10. I’m definitely staying here again! location was great, so many foods near by including a shopping mall! rooms were great, bathroom could use a little remodeling but honestly nothing to complain about. the beds were super clean as well as the pull out couch. we requested a few more amenities for our room and within a few hours we received as we requested! staff is super friendly and respectful. I’ll for sure be staying here again. OH AND the breakfast was really a nice touch, it was super good :)

We recently stayed there Friday-Sunday and our experience was great. We originally booked a regular King room but were upgraded so kindly by the staff! The king suite was prefect so much room and very clean. We came with no kids but definitely kid friendly and will be bringing and booking here next time. Only 11 min away from Disneyland it was great. Big shout out to Michelle!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The AC vent was right on my head when sleeping, so I got a lil sick but other than that the stay was good. AC is also a lil loud and woke me a couple times. 11 min drive from Disney. Not bad at all. It’s close to a mall and Starbucks. I’d stay here again.
