Comfortable, recently renovated rooms.
The bed is firm, but comfortable. Best night of sleep I've had in a couple weeks.
Full breakfast from 7-9 a.m., very good selection..
Plenty of hot water 💦. Comfortable high end toilet. Good sound insulation between the rooms. Huge TV with oodles of channels, including HBO and Cinemax, local channels and all the major news networks and financial news . All at a reasonable price.

Very happy with my stay! A couple of friends and I stayed because it was close to Disney without the Disney prices. Was a bit sketch when you pull up to the location, but it's nicely renovated inside. My only "complaint" is there's hardly any seating to eat breakfast, but you can just eat in your room. I also wish they had more vegan options, but the potatoes were fantastic when they had them.

I agree with other reviewers that this hotel is great for what it is! That being said, while the service and breakfast were what we've come to expect from the Best Western brand, the rooms weren't exactly what we'd hoped. The building feels like someone renovated a Motel 6 (don't get me wrong it's nice for what it is!) but it's missing that extra touch. To be honest I think what impacted my stay most was not having the fluffy white down comforter you see in many of the hotels, and the fact that our room had a citrus-like chemical smell that didn't seem to want to leave but we got nose blind after a while (if those factors had changed I would have given a solid 5 stars). It was one of the only reasonably priced locations able to sleep our family of 5 that had free parking on site!
Overall everything was clean and breakfast which had some rotating options was delicious. There's one attendant working the breakfast room that is just so attentive, I wish I had gotten her name she was just a gem and I enjoyed her very much!

My first day of stay and they already had no protein available for breakfast. This is at 8am in the morning. No boiled eggs, no bacon and no corned beef. Only option for breakfast was omelette which was still being prepared.
Reached out to the manager and apparently they ran out of bacon that early. Contemplating of switching hotels for the rest of my stay.

No hot water. Stayed here while my daughter was in the hospital to come get a nap and shower and they didn’t even have hot water. No refund , won’t be back.
