We chose your hotel for the promising 9.6 star guest reviews and promise of larger rooms at a decent price where travelling with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. We were NOT disappointed. My #1 need is cleanliness and good service, your team rocked! Daisy & Brooke provided excellent personal service with our long travel and creative check in needs & extensions. The breakfast crew were amazing, joyful and very service oriented making beautiful daily breakfast and keeping eveything very clean throughout the meal times even when many guests were present at times.
The rooms were some of the cleanest I have seen and i am very particular. To top it all, the entire facility was VERY WELL maintained and constanly being cleaned. Icing on the cake? Pink Lemonade & coffee service with daily fresh baked cookies in the lobby that I witnessed coming out of the oven, yummy!! And the hot tub and pool were wonderful too!
This was our first stay at an Ayres Hotel, but as those who travel often, esp to Southern Ca, we will def now make Ayres a top hotel to explore first. I know differing locations may vary, but for sure, Ayres ORANGE, CA has set the bar for excellence that any hotel chain could glean from. Thanks Team!

The staff and Management were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was delicious. And the location was nearby a lot of attractions, restaurants, malls, and for the coffee lovers Starbucks was right around the corner! Loved their gym, pool area, and patio. It had a peaceful and modern atmosphere.
I would definitely come back again and I 100% recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Ayres Orange. It made going to Disneyland an utter breeze. The staff was beyond professional, and so welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was great everyday, and very well stocked. The rooms were very good sized and fit our family of four quite nicely. I will be staying in this hotel again when we come back to Anaheim!

After a long day at Disneyland, I was greeted with the most welcoming whimsical staff and a warm fireplace. This was a blessing since I was soaked from a water ride . It was my daughters birthday and the staffed came out with a little treat. The entire decor was elegant and the room felt spacious, clean and the tub was amazing. The bed and pillow were cozy and I felt at ease. I love that they have an energy saving feature . My family and I enjoyed the continental breakfast. We also got a discount with our Disneyland ticket!

We are extremely happy with our experience working with this hotel. Trisha was fantastic with helping to organize our event and was so welcoming and professional when we arrived. She kept in touch with me to ensure that I was happy throughout my stay. Ree was also a joy to work with and was very quick with refilling our coffee and anything else we needed. The rooms were beautiful. I am so glad we were able to make this work and our clients were very happy with the location as well. I anticipate doing another event here in the future.
