Hotel was a great location for Disney parks. Regular shuttle to bring you there and back right outside the door.
Hotel itself was lovely and clean. Great breakfast variety. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

We loved our stay. 1 suggestion for improvement would be to replace the carpet in the rooms with wood flooring for sanitary reasons. The room was very clean and we felt comfortable but that would improve the feeling of cleanliness. Also, having the small freezer compartment in the mininfridge would have been an added bonus. The staff was amazing and we appreciated the friendly service.

As a wheelchair user it's important for a hotel room to be both comfortable and spacious. I require space to be able to move about the room & turn around. The room was aesthetically comfortable, but the amount of space for an accessible room was not sufficient. I had difficulty fitting between the bed and TV area as well as fitting in spaces to turn around. The bathroom was spacious & the tub was fantastic, however, I wouldn't return unless I had a larger accessible room.

Very pleasant stay!
Room: clean, comfortable, quiet. I could see the Disney fireworks (6th Floor)!
Staff: Excellent! All staff I encountered were friendly, polite, respectful!
Property: Clean, attractive grounds, parking was easy (and free!!), easy access to interstates, main roads. Breakfasts were good, satisfying start to day!

We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and would highly recommend it. We used it as a base to explore LA and loved how safe and clean the hotel felt. It was also a great location for visiting disneyland! The breakfast every morning was great and the hot food selection varied every morning which was nice to have a variety. Staff were friendly and helpful and the carpark was easy to find and use. Only slight negatives were the gym was quite small and the pool was closed (although staff did let us know we could use the sister hotels pool which was good!). Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
