Happy to find a hotel that was dog friendly and reasonable. Everyone was nice and greeted me from the front desk to the breakfast attendants. The room was clean and spacious for us and our 2 dogs. We had to ask for shampoo and conditioner because the bottles were empty, but housekeeping was quick to fix that. Breakfast was buffett self-serve style and good. This hotel was close to many things like the freeway, dog park, and convention center. Overall had a great experience here and would come back. Ty!

Booked 3 nights Deluxe King Room. When we arrived we were not impressed, barely received a greeting it was very transactional. Room was a good size, looked comfortable. Bed was too firm for us, but that’s a matter of personal preference. Noticed our sheets smelled chemically, it was strong we didn’t like that at all. The bathroom was very worn, noticeable patchy dry wall work throughout it. Shower head was so low it was tough to wash our hair without having to duck (we aren’t very tall people 5’6 & 5’8). The bathroom door would not close properly. We had to push it hard to close. The next morning we noticed the carpet was torn and immediately reported it. It looked like an animal clawed at it or was digging! The staff seemed surprised since no animals are allowed on the 5th floor. I would think this would have been noticed prior to our arrival. The front desk staff were a lot better the next morning! They greeted us and made us feel welcome. Over all it was OK at best. Breakfast was so so. Coffee was good. Probably will not stay here again. Gave it a chance due to high reviews but this hotel fell short for me and my husband. Close to Disneyland, short 10 min drive. Location was perfect for us.

Upon arrival I was accommodated due to medical disability by hotel concierge. Housekeeping made sure room was ready quickly. Clean room and check in was also quick, simple. Definitely recommend Alo hotel in Orange ca and great customer service by Maritza, Jocelyne, and Stephanie.

The hotel was pretty good. The bed was a little stiff but that’s not their fault, I just require an extra soft bed. The location was exceptional. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. That was my only complaint. Parking was great. We were two women traveling anlone and we were placed on the first floor. That was a little uncomfortable for us, but the hotel was pretty booked and we booked at the last minute, so I figure we can’t complain too much about that. Had we booked ahead I would have expected to be placed us on the second floor or above.

Travelled to OC for company holiday party! This room was huge clean and the bed was comfortable. It even had a mini fridge and microwave. I almost wanted to stay longer to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The service was wonderful and inviting. The price and location were by far accommodating.
