The room was not as clean as expected. Leftover residues here and there. Bed was comfortable, breakfast some days were better than others. Customer service is friendly, convenient location 10 mins from Disneyland parking coming back. Around the block is Orange Outlet and In n Out Burger for midnight snacks after Disneyland.

The room was great. All we wanted was a a quick comfy bed to sleep for a few hours and the room was great. We arrived at anaheim late everything was expensive for saturday. This place was perfect. We have two kids and we slept great before Disney. The barbacoa tacos next to the hotel were great by the way.

Terrible service. They basically penalized me for booking through Booking.com. the declined to provide invoice and said that it has to be through the platform. They have been ignoring my messages for weeks. I am unable to do my company claim because of that. This hotel is not suitable for business trips

Best hotel we have stayed in a min. A nice gentleman named Keith bought dozens of Krispy Kreme donuts for our color guard team. What an amazing surprise. Love this place.

Asked twice on my reservation to have a crib in my room when I checked in and didn’t get it. Came and the bed sheets were the most uncomfortable thing on the planet. The breakfast is dicey and to top it all off my mom got bed bugs in her room and they haven’t given her any sort of refund for her issues. Do NOT stay here.
