Decent hotel in a decent area with decent service. On the one hand, ALO met all of my expectations so I’m pleased with my stay. On the other hand, there wasn’t anything remarkable about it for me so my review is a blend between the two thoughts. The hotel and room were generally clean, tidy, and reasonably well maintained. Some of the decor and fixtures (bedding, carpets, towels, etc.) felt a bit dated and worn but were still clean. The complimentary self-serve breakfast was pretty typical for this tier of hotel: scrambled eggs, sausage links, bagels, toast, orange juice (from concentrate), cereal, etc. The food was just “okay” and the disposable foam plates and bowls were lackluster. Plenty of well-lit free parking was a pleasant surprise, most of which is in an on-site garage. Unfortunately, there’s also a well lit Best Buy parking lot next door that will brighten your room all night. This can be addressed by closing the blackout curtains if you don’t mind waking to a dark room. It’s a short drive (not walkable) to Disneyland, about 5 minutes by car. A moderate walk will get you to Angel Stadium or the nearby outlet mall. Very close to the UCI Medical center (across the street) so a good location if that’s your destination. Starbucks, Wendy’s, and a Westcom credit union next door add convenience. Staff was professional and courteous throughout the stay. Overall I feel this is a good value hotel if the location meets your needs. It is listed as a “three-star” hotel by most places and I feel it meets that designation.

The Hotel rooms are not as nice as the pictures, Very Disappointed and Embarrassed I choose this hotel for our family disneyland trip and booked 7 rooms, I kept apologizing to my family this was not what it appeared to be. 1, Rooms: didnt feel clean, dated fixtures in bathroom and cheap throw over bed, horrible pillows , stale odor in all our rooms, 2. Only 1 elevator worked and bottom line the building definately old and dated. 3. Breakfast: Horrible, stale bagels that feel apart. One big bowl of yogurt and one small bowl of granola, the yogurt and mixed fruit was unsanitary not even sitting on ice. Only 3 choices to drink, milk, water and orange juice no cranberry or apple juice. Same breakfast every day they switch up on PORK SAUGAGES OR PORT LINK, AND POTATOES CHUnKS OR HASHBROWN. Pancakes was sitting there hard, need a machine to make your own pancakes and need a waffle machine. 4 Hotel Lobby: The lobby is nice and smells great maybe whatever you use in the lobby should be used in the rooms. 5, Staff- Bryanna, Tina and the manager Sandra was excellent providing great service to help make the stay better, however per the items listed that was come from upper management to make the changes I would definitely put this hotel in the category of Motel 6 and Best Western. 6. No ice maker on the floor you have to go to another floor to get ice. No ice bucket even in the rooms. rooms are very dark due to the dark carpet and they didnt feel clean. We kept our socks on when walking on the floor, please change that red throw on the bed, very cheap looking like Motel 6, Low budget conditions /amenities and paying a higher rate for something like

My Fiance and our 2 boys stayed here for a Disneyland trip and it was great. The staff was really nice and engaging. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and maintained. The rooms were nice, we didn't do much but sleep in them. The beds were super comfy. The free parking is a great perk especially when disneyland hotels all charge a daily fee. The breakfast was good and offered a variety to choose from. The shuttle was convenient and picks up and drops off right in front just be in the lobby when you schedule a pick up they are pretty prompt. Only downside was one of the elevators were down and they are pretty small and can only get one family in at a time. They do have stairs but our room was located on the 6th floor which would have been a pain after walking Disney all day. Also, you can hear all the early risers shutting doors and talking. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was bad, our room was located right next to the fitness center and you can hear everything , once we arrived into the room had an odd odor to it. Might be that the carpets need more of a deep clean . Elevator was extremely concerning, I would be lying if I said I wasn’t concerned for my safety while on the elevator. The elevator making noises all the way to the room, I was say it needs a major upgrade.
