Yesterday my mom came across two of the most comfortable employees as she was coming into check out. The lady and guy who bag the stuff were SO comfortable telling each other when my mom started coming, "oh god, she's coming" because her cart had a lot of groceries, clearly expressing how much they 'love' customers. My mom comes there often but this was the first time she came across Winifred Sanderson and bag "ugh I have to work" boy who thinks it's okay to actually complain that they have to do their job, AND get an attitude if the customer has a cart full of groceries.
Serious question. These are the kind of people you hire? People who can't even keep their complaints to themselves, who love talking bad about customers, and have a complete attitude.

This store has a decent meat department with quality rib eye cuts. The staff are great and. I like that they have a Starbucks inside so I can drink a coffee while I shop.

The staff here are very kind and personable.They all know my kids and my family and always ask how we are. It's a very clean store and very well stocked

They constantly are out of stock of items that are listed online. For example I ordered ground beef and they're out of ground beef stock. What grocery store is out of ground beef? Plus like every other Albertsons, their milk goes bad way before the expiration date.

What happened to this albertson location? Used to be organized and very nice friendly staff but this year most of the new staff are just plain rude and unprofessional. Meat dept is very rude and tallking profanity while loading some meat. Seriously? I was standing in the cashier while 3 of them just leaning in the counter talking...took 2 mins before the cashier rang me yup and another blocking the exit lane I lived here in orange for 14 yrs and been going in this location thousands times already and i can see the difference between just last year and now. SELLING EXPIRED product as well. Dumb of me for not checking the expiration date right? Only 4 months expired anyway. I think its time to contact the corporate for this location...im sure theyre due for a visit.
